POMELO Have you tried this fruit before, noisemates? Have you tried opening one? Well, picture below is how I opened one today. It was fun and I enjoyed this fruit. For those who haven't seen a pomelo before or those who are clueless of what I'm talking about, I have a bit of infos for you😉 Pomelo is the largest citrus fruit. It is said to be the ancestor of grapefruit. It is rich in Vitamin C, contains protein and fiber, too. It has thicker loose rind than a grapefruit like you can see on the picture and often coarse dry pulp, which means grapefruits are juicier. But I don't mind that, because you can pick the pulp without your hands getting wet with its juice. Not messy at all. So I opened one, and while I was opening it, my brother said, "That smells sour". Then my sister won't even look at it when I offered her some. So I was like, hmm, "looks like I'm going to eat this whole thing by myself". 😁Don't worry, I didn't. I shared it with my nephews. But you know what, I think I may have eaten half of it🤭😅🙃 Have a good day/good evening, noisemates🌷☘🌷🍀🌷 #thoughts #myphoto #Photography

I have never Seen this fruit, how is its taste?
Tart and a bit sweet. If you are familiar with grapefruits, which look like oversized orange with redish orange color allmost same taste. Only that pomelo has thicker rind and pear shaped and the outer rind is yellowish, greenish color.
I know it ,its pomplemous in french, it exists hère. I didn't know it in english, and on thé photo is that pomelo?look my pomelo
In the next pomelo season, I will send you pictures of the fruits on the trees. It's a wonderful sight.
That will be nice. We used to have a tree when I was little but it has gone tired really quickly. I'm guessing it was already old when I was younger. And I haven't seen a pomelo tree since. Must be really a wonderful sight...probably a very strong tree as well, what with the weight of the fruits😄
Haha, the knife has nothing to do with the taste of the Pomelo. We only use the knife to remove the thick rind. We can leave the flesh untouched by the knife... Nice, I wish the tree will give you lots of fruit to enjoy🙂
That's what they say hahaha But they teach me how to peel pomelo neatly. But its not pomelo season this month
Why ur sister said its sour sis? Isn't it sweet?🙈 I ever try it.. But usually we make pomello juice🙈
To be honest, it was tart with a bit of sweetness. But my brother and my sister do not like sour or tart fruits. So when fruit is tart. I eat and they watch me how I enjoy it in amazement😄😄😄
Ahh i see.. Hahahahaha Then its good, all the cake is for u sis🙈
