FRO-YO shortened name of FROZEN YOGHURT I consider frozen yoghurt as a guilt-free food. Better than ice cream but of course I won't say no for an ice cream as well😅 My friends and I had these frozen yoghurt mid-afternoon after walking around the city. What a nice way to spend time together during day offs. Most of the time it's just me so it's great if they are able to join me. I like my yoghurt with berries sometimes with a bit of nuts. Me ,I triéd once Frozen youghurt , it is not Bad , but I prefer my chocolat ice cream.

  I must admit, tastewise ice cream is still the winner for a bit. But for gut health I go for a yoghurt. I appreciate your honest and polite comment😊
