While I was walking one breezy day, I caught sight of a cat taking a nap in a pot under a bougainvilla. The breeze probably is making her doze off. Are you one of those who believes that napping is an effective way to relax and recharge or one of those who find naps unhelpful and disruptive to their sleep? Unfortunately, I am one of the latter. Even though I only had a two-hour sleep the previous night, my head refused to believe that I am tired. Research shows that there are benefits in taking a nap. Although it isn't recommended as a replacement of night's sleep, it has numerous benefits. Apparently, a 1hour and a half nap or siesta as others call it done early afternoon will boost our memory, increased alertness, reduced fatigue, improved mood, etc. It's really interesting to know that I am missing out on this. I can't even start doing it. A five minute power nap maybe doable for me. So friends, keep on napping because it's doing you good, maybe I should force myself one time so I won't have difficulty thinking of what to post,😄😅😂. Have a good day OR good evening all🌵🌹🌵🌹🌵 #thoughts#Photography
