This little "behind" sniffer, haha. Don't worry, it's not anybody's behind Mr. Cat is sniffing but my brother's motorcycle's behind. I was wondering what's this sniffing about with cats... Apparently, cats are incredibly scent oriented. They use scent to communicate, to interact socially and to identify territory. They are territorial, remember. They have scent glands between their toes in the pads of their feet, oh yes. So when they scratch an object, they leave behind their personal scent which means, stay away, this is mine!
