Fatehpur Sikri or "City of Victory" - India-2 Contrasting tomb of Salim Ćisti It stands out in terms of architecture and color, because there is a lot of red and its shades around, and it is made of white marble. It is considered one of the finest examples of Mughal art. Numerous pilgrims come here to ensure their prosperity and happiness by praying and hanging a ribbon on the door of the tomb. It is a unique architectural structure whose five storeys are reminiscent of a house of cards under construction. Each successive storey is getting smaller and is crowned with a typical for northern India architectural element resembling a canopy, based on four columns and covered with a dome called "chhatri"
