Porcini mushrooms and Parasol mushroom are a good harbinger of the autumn mushroom season After the heatwaves in Europe, it's been a moment of relief. The damp front brought cooling and a lot of rainfall. Unfortunately, only stormy and punctual. But that's enough, because the region where I love mushroom picking was quite heavy. After rainfall, morning mists appear, signaling the approaching autumn, and which significantly improve the humidity of the forest litter and support the growth of our favorite mushrooms. These two species, which appear in the forest despite low humidity, give grounds for optimism for the coming days. Although there are not many species of mushrooms in the forest, and sometimes it seems that you are walking in the desert, finding a few parasol mushrooms and porcini mushrooms makes you smile.
