The little joys that we get in baking. I had fun popping these scones out from the lightly kneaded and pressed dough using a glass. The fun part was when the glass was pressed down until it cuts the dough, there would be a popping sound to indicate that it had been cut. "Pop" and the flour around the glass would poof into the air. And then, there was more joy seeing the dough rise after baking :)
