The 7 Intelligences
7 different types of intelligence have been defined. One of these 7 is essential to obtain success in your personal and business life and that I will be talking about today. If you do not have them all or you do not perform naturally in several of them, do not worry, firstly nobody is good at everything and secondly, even in those that you rate yourself as mediocre downwards you can improve, everything with effort and practice is possible. Let's get to it:
**Linguistic-Verbal Intelligence**: People who do very well in school. Excellent readers and writers, they perform well in essays, in professional life they can be excellent lawyers, novelists, journalists...
**Logical-mathematical intelligence:** People which are excellent in all kinds of calculations and logical problems. In the academic field can be usually teachers and researchers. Or work for large corporations. Good engineers, programmers or accountants.
**Body-kinesthetic intelligence**: the intelligence of athletes. They can become professionals in sports, dance, or business owners related to exercise and health.
**Spatial intelligence:** that of artists. They can become decorators, graphic designers, photographers, painters, and architects.
**Musical intelligence:** who does not know someone who seems to have a gift for music? They are good singers or playing instruments, they can be professionals in the performing arts, members of a band or an orchestra.
**Interpersonal Intelligence**: that of communicators. This is very important for politicians, preachers, publicists, salespeople. You will need some of this because selling in life is a necessity and it is also a highly desired characteristic in a leader. In simple words, they are people who are very good at interpersonal relationships.
**Intrapersonal Intelligence:** it is the ability to communicate with oneself instead of with other people. Those who have this type of intelligence have control over their thoughts, and it is often called emotional intelligence. We all usually talk to ourselves with a kind of internal voice, but do you do it when you are afraid, are you threatened or angry to control your character and your reactions?
The latter is neither more nor less than the intelligence of success: for you to become successful in any area with another intelligence, you will need interpersonal intelligence. A simple example, to be a professional athlete you need to be concentrated and in control of your whole body, your movements and your reactions; If you are good at math but don't have enough intrapersonal intelligence, you will soon get bored and get nowhere in your professional life.
This is the 'one ring to rule them all' Why is intrapersonal intelligence so essential for those who want to succeed in business? Because it gives you willpower, it forges your character. Have you ever waited five or ten years to see your business flourish? Do you have the necessary patience or do you give up early and think you were unlucky or someone else was at fault? With enough intrapersonal intelligence, you will not be afraid to risk doing what others do not dare (and that is a great advantage in business), you will also know how to appreciate delayed gratification, remember that a business is not done overnight and that you could work several years without seeing a penny in your pocket.
Do you know people who did very well in school but who are doing poorly in their professional life? They probably have sufficient intrapersonal intelligence. Let me know in the comments.
See you soon.
BTC pump and a way you could stack some sats using social media
Its a nice morning surprise (or whatever hour it is in your piece of world) seen BTC break the 20K barrier –and 20.5K too, let's see how far it goes this time. Meanwhile the expensive BTC becomes the hardest is for new users to get some, and that's just for small amounts, not telling hundreds to thousand dollars.
There's a reality, if you are not an investor (or wealthy) you should start little by little and that's hard; most of the time tiresome and boring, but persistence is key to see results. Even when many times whatever you're doing doesn't even seems to work, don't fall apart. Keep going, don't give up.
Enough for motivational speech, lets see an easy way you can stack some sats thanks to social media microtasks.
Here's what you're going to need:
Telegram account (s)
Twitter account (s)
Here's what you're going to do: head right now to Telegram and search for the following groups:
@SCryptoSchoolChat
@NewsDeFi_Chat
@commentostas
@SCN1_NewsChat
@YieldFieldChat
@Smart_NFT_NewsChat
All of these chats have associated Twitter accounts, posting many daily crypto news. Once you enter all of these (or some, your choice) you are going to find a some daily minitasks, usually pinned to complete in their twitter.
What you need to do now:
Click on task link
Read the post to find what's about
Like and RT
Leave a meaningful comment down their twitter post using their hashtag
Screenshot your comment on twitter
Post it on the corresponding Telegram group
Admins will tip all meaningful not copycat comments, with BITCOIN! Sometimes you can extra comment the tasks in Telegram itself (a different comment from Twitter of course) or grab some sats on the fly. All your sats end up in a wallet robot from where you can later withdraw to whenever you see fit. You need to learn your way around on how to use this bot tough (luckily for u it can handle Bitcoin Lightning network too, and recently BCH).
If you need an insight on how the bot works or how to exchange your btcln for other coins just click the links i have found for you. Understanding how this tech integrates together with social media also be an interesting read, but I'll leave that to your own curiosity. https://read.cash/@Monolith/coinkit-sending-and-receiving-via-lightening-network-for-free-3fc536ea https://read.cash/@Monolith/how-to-swap-btc-lightning-to-bch-with-the-lowest-fees-ea393f6a
Did you noticed i said account (s) with an 's'? That's because if you need to max out your eanings having some extra Twitter and Telegram accounts means you can complete the tasks again (while you're inventive enough to write different comments everytime).
Cool enough for you? Happy earnings, let me know if this was useful for you or a waste of time.

Customize to Train your Body
There's kind of a myth among beginners that is good enough to find some popular rutines over the internet (from some respected virtual trainer perhaps) and stick to it. Let me tell you, you're wrong in so many levels.
While those routines can be perfectly fine in general, none of them max out your potential, or take into account your current capabilities, disabilities, and so on. In simple words, they aren't **customized**. A routine made for "everyone" is also a routine made for no one **specifically**.
Since this is a broad topic, and every person is a world (and every trainer has his own preferences) you should study what's best for yourself, with the aid of written and video materials you could find easily and with zero cost. Is not enough to known that you're doing an exercise the right way, **you should know why you're doing it** (and not another) and what to expect from it.
Lets see this in a more practical way: you know cardio is good and you want to do some cardio routines. But how much is good for you? How intense should your cardio be? Is it right to do it whenever you feel like it? That's going to help you to reach your targets?
Doing cardio is raising the heart rate (that is, the beats per minute). The heart is the one that pumps the blood and the blood carries the oxygen, so when you do cardio you increase the circulation and the work of the lungs. But doing too much cardio is bad, first because the body gets used to everything and you will end up needing more and more cardio, in an endless spiral, and second because when you do too much the body starts to eat the muscles to get energy.
Doing over an hour of cardio a day is excessive and harmful. If you're underweight or your diet is bad even 45 minutes of cardio can be too much for you. Try to see how you feel with 30 minutes. Doesn't matter your internet routine says 45. Lower the intensity, a good trick is if you can talk while doing it, intensity is moderate enough and won't harm you. That's why i mean by "customize" your training.
Is cardio the only thing your plan has for the day? If you're lifting weights, cardio should go after. The body uses glycogen for energy and when it runs out it uses fat. If you do the cardio first you eat the glycogen and not the fat and you will have less strength to lift weight. The other way around is perfect because after you have depleted glycogen then you burn fat with cardio.
So, final words, always study your routines, what you're doing and why, possible alternatives, consult real trainers about your real conditions and whats better for you and remember exercise is a marriage with healthy diet (I'll comeback later with some hints about this).
That's all folks, see you next time...

What people think about BCH. Don't be shocked.
Lets start with the obvious. Many people dont know anything about crypto, even less about #BitcoinCash. They have probably just heard "bitcoin" somewhere. Is there a bitcoin "cash"? This topics are hard to explain than you might think in the first place. And after you end up with some good explanation in your hands, they go "ok but better not, i wont know what to do with it anyway". Thats what i call an entry barrier.
Anyway let's just go with some opinions of not so newbie users. They think that BCH is not better than Dash (instantpay, low fees) or for example any other coin with low fees like TRX or several others.
I just have a finger for them, but for the sake of this post i should say you conduct the following experiments:
Go to a coffee shop and try to pay with ETH. You can't. Your coffee now cost you more than the soccer team breakfast.
Try to pay with BTC. I know that's crazy you want to hold your BTC, so do I. But try, not only you will want to hang yourself over the fees but **the waiting.** By the time your tx is confirmed the cafeteria might be closed.
Try to pay with Dash. Wait, what, which cafeteria accepts Dash? Allright but they take Paypal so if i send Dash to my Paypal i can buy my coffee, right? Well... Paypal doesnt take Dash.
At this point you should be wandering which dam coin can you use to pay? I have an answer for you. Its called BCH (or dollars), because "cash" is what you want to use for small payments and is always desirable. But you dont want to be carring a lot of cash in your pockets. That's why digital cash is better.
But i have credit card! OMG people are dumb sometimes. The money in your credit card is not yours, is a "credit" your bank is extending to you and that you will end up paying later, plus fees.
Other people sees BCH as just any coin, which price isnt growing much, is within all times low, or decreasing and decreasing against BTC. Others think it might be centralized (thanks ABC for that), and that "bch people just dont get along and when you find a motive of discord you just fork"
Ah the world is full of people talking sh** but anyway referring the opinion of an allegibly trader "i wont buy BCH not even when it dips". All right as*hole dont buy it, more for me, i got a nice profit when it pumped to $300 plus, and thanks to the fork i have a free airdrop.
BTC is very valuable, ETH has many possibilities but BCH is one of the best cash out there. Dont believe me? Look at the adoption its having.
In under ten years BCH will be much more accepted than que Nano, Pivx, Dash BTCLN and the shitty TRX (thats the one which is centralized you dumbs). Why? Because i said so.
That beign said i retire to my computer duties as i have better things to do. Love me or hate me in the comments, and subscribe at your own risk, i dont meassure my words.
No intro. Time to talk about BCH.
Alright some of you already know me by nickname, some of you don't. I'm not eager to reveal my identity anyway, I prefer anonymity to write freely. Yes I'm linked to #BitcoinCash community in some degree. No, I'm not anyone important at all. I'm jusy here to talk.
So how's the fork going for you? To me it was a lame. Day one about 3 blocks mined from ABC side. Yes, the chain split. Cain saying ABC is like the promised land. Whatever. I feared a little the market sentiment turned extremely fear and embarked us in a bear run. Didn't happened. Luckily.
Yes we saw the price dip about 7% but that's not huge, considering months of drama and discusion. One of the following, most people don't know about our 'internal affairs' (and fights) or they just don't care. I mean if I weren't involved in this world, I won't even care, I don't care how ripple programmers are doing, right or wrong.
The reason behind this post is nothing more and nothing less that pour out ideas coming to my mind, and given my official name, account or project (all the same in the end) I couldn't freely speak. Kudos, ABC you brought BCH to us, but we don't need that kind of control.
Some may argue, while blockchain should be always decentralized system, the development should be centralized, because is faster and more efficient. I don't agree. I don't care if you do. Maybe a lot of developers try to impose their digital "children" (code implementations) over the rest and we keep fighting instead of moving forward. Well, we need a lot more of consensus. We needed an #IFP to see some real unity (against it), of course not a full unity, and that's ok, that's democracy after all. That the best products (and services) end up being used and displace the rest, is natural and a desirable thing in free market economies.
I think I heard you there. Cryptocurrencies are not at all like fiat currency. Is a currency dude, basis apply.
So no pretty images for this post, and don't expect any for the rest of them. Just rought ideas I need to pour out of my mind. Like to argue? To say I'm wrong about something? No problem there's a comment box down there. I block no one, and I downvote only spam, not haters.
You don't give a **** what I say? That's ok I don't write for you. By the way, thinking like crazy I would really like to see #NFT collectibles on Bitcoin Cash. That will make us cool again.
You know what to do, like or not, comment below, hit subscribe at your own risk because I'm going to talk about everything that comes to my mind, in the way it comes (unfiltered).
This post hasn't been revised, just written on the go.
I will be in touch,
