Here is the reason for my relative absence this morning, I dedicated myself to cleaning the slush machines, now half of them have been placed in the premises and are functional, I have cleaned 3, the side and front packs are removed and the interior is cleaned , then the bell containing the product is sanitized, finally it is tested that if the machine manages to bring the temperature below zero degrees centigrade... 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 Ecco qua il motivo della mia relativa assenza di questa mattina, mi sono dedicato alla pulizia dei granitori, ormai una metà sono stati posizionati nei locali e sono funzionanti, ne ho puliti 3, si smontano le pacchette laterali e frontali e si pulisce l'interno, poi si igienizza la campana che contiene il prodotto, infine si prova che se la macchina riesce a portare la temperatura sotto gli zero gradi centigradi... #Italiano
