Qué alegría volver a saludarlos. ‎ ‎(English Version) ‎ ‎Hello again, Read.cash community! It is a true pleasure to say hello to you all once more. If you look at my profile, you will notice I am not entirely new here; in fact, I opened this account a little over four years ago. However, life got busy, time flew by, and I stopped writing here. ‎ ‎Today, after this long hiatus, I have decided to come back, reactivate this space, and reintroduce myself, because a lot changes in four years, and today I have so much more to share with you. For those who do not remember me or do not know me yet, my name is Lorennys (online you can find me as Maestra Lorennys), I am from Venezuela, and I am thrilled to be back. ‎ ‎Let me catch you up: I am still an educator at heart, but nowadays I split my days between two wonderful and challenging worlds: early childhood education (with toddlers aged 1 to 4) and my second-grade class. A mix of tenderness, chaos, and a lot of coffee! ‎ ‎My evolution: From the classroom to the digital world ‎ ‎The main reason I am coming back is that during this time away, I have grown tremendously as a creator. Today, I am deeply focused on creating educational resources, designing teaching materials in Canva, and developing my personal brand through my own blog. I love designing guides, classroom stickers, and ebooks that help other teachers and parents. ‎ ‎On a personal note, these years have also brought unforgettable moments. The most recent one, which I am still incredibly proud of: watching my daughter successfully defend her final graduation project and graduate from high school. Time really flies both inside and outside the classroom! ‎ ‎Why did I decide to reactivate my Read.cash today? ‎ ‎I am back because I missed having a free and dynamic space to write without filters about what I love: ‎ ‎Education and parenting: Practical tools and real reflections for the classroom and home. ‎ ‎Digital entrepreneurship: Canva tips, resource creation, and how to build a purposeful personal brand from scratch. ‎ ‎Life stories: The daily routine of a teacher trying to balance work, family, and digital dreams. ‎ ‎I am returning with 100% original, human content, and I am eager to support both the English and Spanish-speaking communities. Thank you for welcoming me back for this second chapter, and see you in the comments! ‎

Only children are rebellious, spoiled and selfish" We are easily confronted with the old maxim: "Only children are rebellious, spoiled and selfish". Is this belief correct? My daughter is an only child and so far my husband and I have done a good job. In fact, what is important for a child's healthy growth in emotional and relational terms is not siblings, but other factors, which we will address. Create a secure parent-child relationship Creating a secure relationship is essential for your child to grow up with dreams, explorer habits and a pervasive laugh. Fragile, overprotected and dependent children easily lose their childhood glow. They become gloomy, afraid to get dirty, afraid to live out the curious and adventurous smiles of their time. The question should not be about the number of children, but about the quality of their education, regardless of whether families choose to have one, two, three or more children. Indeed, an only child may feel more lonely at certain times, but this will depend on all the social involvement and the quality of the child's relationship with the parents and adults who make up his or her world. It is important to promote activities in contact with cousins and other children. Ideally, the youngest children should grow up in an environment of love, respect and sharing. The only child can easily become a kind, generous, determined, respectful and happy child, if the values of his education are properly structured. Managing parental expectations A less positive aspect is the high expectations that are often associated with an only child. In this case, the child may develop a greater propensity for anxious and isolating behaviors. Again, it is incumbent upon parents, the extended family and society to promote in each child the ability to navigate his or her own dreams, shout out original tastes and paint rainbows of creative colors. The primary focus of parental attention should be on excess. What matters to a child is not the quantity of toys, the status of the school he attends, or the expensive clothes he wears, but the quality of the hugs and cuddles he receives from his family. Educate with limits, rules and lots of love. Yes, thank you! Educate with demands, with excessive control and overprotection, no please! This is the only excess allowed to parents: To say and express how much we love our children!

Pregnancy, a beautiful metamorphosis. Pregnancy is a very special time in a woman's life, full of achievements and joys, but the nine months of waiting are not always experienced by women with all this fullness of feelings.  In addition to the concern for the healthy development of the baby, the physiological changes experienced by the mother-to-be often interfere with the way she relates to the people in her circle of friends and, above all, to her own body. https://www.heraldo.es/noticias/nacional/2021/10/07/la-covid-19-puede-provocar-la-muerte-fetal-intrauterina-en-mujeres-embarazadas-1524705.html In addition to the growing belly, breast and skin changes, many women tend to feel sick and experience nausea, vomiting and drowsiness.  Other very common symptoms include frequent urination, headaches, dizziness, bloating, pressure fluctuation and back pain, lack or excess appetite, as well as aversion or craving for certain foods.  "Many of these symptoms Many of these symptoms disappear after the third month of pregnancy.  Nausea, for example, is more scarce due to the physiological reduction in the value of beta-HCG . It is important to note, however, that, in addition to physical changes, the gestational period brings with it some psychic changes, hitherto unknown, since each pregnancy brings its degree of learning, which makes it a great challenge for the woman.  "The often unanswered questions lead to the search for books that provide comfort and guidance during the waiting time.  Hormonal variations also contribute to this, but some pregnant women feel an anguish that is often difficult to name . It is an important moment that should be lived wisely, but delicate, as it generates an ambivalence of emotions between fullness and lack.  Insecurity, fears, either at the time of delivery or about how to raise their child, anxiety and worry about changes in the body are common complaints of patients with these conditions.  These symptoms are unconscious manifestations and if not properly understood or treated can trigger what we know as postpartum depression . The psychic stability of the woman, the maintenance of her self-esteem, keeping herself constantly informed, investing in a healthy diet, thus avoiding overweight and having psychological support are fundamental factors for the pregnancy to go smoothly and for the mother-to-be to arrive fully at the moment of delivery and be able to strengthen her personal relationships, instead of compromising them. There is also some care available for the pregnant woman.  Due to the natural stretching of the skin during the nine months of pregnancy, the dreaded stretch marks may appear during this period, which compromise and can cause permanent damage to the woman's self-esteem.  As this circumstance is already predictable, the problem can be avoided or alleviated with the use of specific, powerful and safe moisturizers for mother and baby.  In this sense, taking care of yourself is not only a matter of health and aesthetics.  Before becoming a mother, you have a latent femininity.  Maintaining self-esteem is essential for them to be able to fully exercise the diversity of roles required of them in today's society. Welcoming the metamorphosis of the body, understanding the unconscious manifestations as something natural, acting with acceptance and tranquility and not being paralyzed by fear are the best ways to wait and receive your baby.

An adult may have a lot to teach a child yes, like practical things, their values, customs and beliefs, but there are things that children understand much more than most adults, and that they can teach us masterfully. You know when you start learning something new, but something that really piques your interest? A good example is when we start learning a new language or hobby. Everything related to that new subject interests you, you want to share what you've learned with the people you care about and pay attention to all the details that relate to it. This happens to children naturally and with all kinds of subjects! The younger the child is, the more delighted he is with things and looks at everything with an incredible curiosity !!! Children have the beautiful ability to look at things and people with delight, with curiosity! https://mamaslatinas.com/parenting-pregnancy/104919-cosas-ensenar-hijos-casa-no-aprenderan-escuela It is enough to look at a small child to realize how immense is his capacity to be enchanted and to surrender himself to discovering every little thing that exists in the world. The beauty of seeing a bird in the middle of the day, the rain, the plants, another child: these are examples of things that can be a source of enchantment and investigation. Sometimes this is all that is needed for adults to live their lives with more satisfaction, with more happiness: to be enchanted again with the little things, with the simple gestures, with the victories of everyday life.

What is Bruxism? Let's talk about it. We are used to hear that when children grind their teeth, there are surely parasites. My daughter, now 12 years old, has always suffered from this, although less so, I was anxious and wanted to deworm her at all times until I went to a doctor's office and he told me about BRUXISM. https://fundacionsaludinfantil.org/bruxismo-infantil/ Bruxism is the name given to the act of grinding or clenching the teeth, which can occur both during the day and during sleep. Bruxism also affects children, especially up to the age of 6, and its cause can be caused by several factors. It has been observed that bruxism may be related to respiratory problems such as allergic rhinitis and asthma. As well as disorders such as anxiety, hyperactivity and attention deficit. Parents should be alert to possible signs such as abnormal tooth wear, TMJ cracking or pain, and the child's habits of grinding teeth while sleeping or awake. The use of plates can be implemented to prevent excessive tooth wear, however, there must be strict clinical follow-up to ensure that there is no interference with the patient's growth. It is very important that, when parents suspect this condition in their children, they seek a pediatric dentist, since bruxism can have consequences on the teeth, such as fractures, wear, sensitivity and also influence the quality of life and sleep of the child ... .

Is it difficult to recover from a breakup? Ending a relationship, whether it's a relationship or a marriage, is never an easy time for most people. Whatever the reason for the separation, the end of a relationship can turn your life upside down and trigger countless types of painful feelings, such as guilt, emptiness, anxiety, anguish, anger, sadness, among others. If the partner has children, the feelings can be even more intense. If the pain at the end of the relationship is difficult to cope with alone, consider seeking the help of a psychologist, after all, is the professional best suited to understand your pain and help you improve your well-being.    Why is it difficult to recover from a breakup? When we break up a relationship, we enter uncharted territory where everything is disrupted: your routine, responsibilities, your belongings, your relationships with family and mutual friends, and even your own identity when the relationship is several years old. Separation brings uncertainty about the future. What will life be like for another without you? Will you find someone?  Is it your destiny to be alone? These unknowns often seem worse than an unhappy relationship. What Makes Us Really Happy? We live in an era where the pursuit of happiness has been a constant.  So I wonder: were people not happy, or were they happy and didn't know it?  The big question is to understand what makes us happy.  And this varies greatly from person to person. It is more than proven that being happy is not directly related to how much money we have or don't have.  There are countless examples of people who survive on very little but are extremely happy. Science has evolved a lot in this field and, today, it is known that the brain, not the heart, is linked to happiness.  And being happy is a daily choice.  I talk about this a lot, as I firmly believe in this truth. How many simple opportunities we missed where we could live and be truly happy.  Happiness is in the details, as I always say.  And it can be something trivial. You know what to say that less is more?  It's true.  And, more than realizing it, making these actions real today causes our levels of endorphins, oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin, the hormones that bring us happiness, to multiply rapidly. Be happy today.  Don't expect to decide to be happy when you achieve something tomorrow, because tomorrow may not come, and if it does, you may have already put your happiness on another day, another tomorrow.

Refusal of meals by children It is natural and very common for a child to leave food on the plate, either because he/she does not want to eat more or because he/she does not like some of the foods that are there.  It is less frequent, but generally natural, for the child to refuse some foods. "Mi hijo no come": ¿qué hacer? One of the main difficulties encountered by parents with preschool children is related to their child's lack of appetite and taste for little food.  They are often right, but care should be taken that the concern is not exaggerated.  Appetite decreases at this stage because, as they enter the second year of life, the child's growth rate slows down and, consequently, so does their daily caloric requirement.  This is reflected in their appetite.  Lack of appetite can occur for other reasons, for example, to attract attention, because children realize the importance parents attach to food. Imparted from a young age, children can learn to enjoy any kind of food.  Since changing habits is always difficult, here are some notions for parents to keep in mind and strategies to help overcome mealtime difficulties. The most important advice is:    - Don't chase the child with food all day. - Have adequate food available for him and his family. In my very personal experience my daughter in her early years until she was 8, her taste in foods was very broad, she liked almost everything but as she got older, this started to change and it worried me a lot, as sometimes I feel like I can't find what to give her to eat. https://www.google.com/search?q=ni%C3%B1os%20comiendo&tbm=isch&hl=es-419&tbs=rimg:CTVqnauA2BhvYWd03EsRp3q2sgIGCgIIABAA&client=ms-android-samsung-gj-rev1&prmd=ivnx&sa=X&ved=0CBIQuIIBahcKEwiojNWZ5brzAhUAAAAAHQAAAAAQBg&biw=412&bih=734 I have over carried him by focusing on the things he likes the most.

It is necessary to educate children about the environment. To say that nature is important to human beings would be, at the very least, insufficient. In fact, it is essential, essential and irreplaceable. After all, nature gives us light, water, energy, oxygen, and food. That is, without it, we cannot exist! But, in addition to giving us the ability to stay alive, nature is even more generous and provides us with many other things, including a lot of learning. Especially for children, who are the next responsible generations on the planet, caring for nature is paramount, so that they become better human beings. Contact with natural elements is good and important for anyone, but it is the shorts that can still save the world. Therefore, we must do everything possible to ensure that they grow in a sustainable and responsible manner. But after all, what can nature teach your child? Below, read the main reasons to bring your children closer to nature: *Create responsibility* Give your child the responsibility of caring for the life of a flower. Let him plant the seed and take care of it every day. Show him that if you don't water it or expose the plant too much to the sun, it will die. By understanding the proportion of his actions, he will take care of that plant as if it were his friend, which is him. This will give you the notion of responsibility to the planet, showing that it is our attitudes that change the world, whether for better or for worse. It will also make you a more responsible human being in any respect. After all, you will realize that in life we reap what we sow and that we need to sow well to receive good things. *Bring hope* How to teach a child to fight for a better world without teaching him to fight? It is useless to say that we must preserve nature if we do not do our part to love, respect and protect it. Contact with green is essential, especially today, where this is increasingly difficult. Children will only believe they can make a difference when they really start to; you don't have to wait for them to become adults for this. https://www.google.com/amp/s/aptus.com.ar/curso-virtual-gratuito-de-educacion-ambiental-para-docentes/ *Decreases anxiety and stress.* Nature relaxes, calms and reassures. In it, there is a perfect cycle, where everything has its place, time and reason to happen. This calms human beings, as we live in the opposite situation, guided by chaos and disorder. Contact with nature will make your child less anxious and less stressed; Yes, anxiety and stress were no longer adult illnesses a few years ago. Let your child feel the inner peace that plants, animals and the entire natural system provide. *Teach to act* It is no longer enough to say that the world needs to be more sustainable. We need to take steps to make that happen. Sustainability is synonymous with balance and, for it to occur, it is necessary to live in a balanced way with nature. Never visiting it is a sign of pure imbalance. Not only should you teach your child about sustainability, but you can use it as a great opportunity to be your example. Show that you love and care for nature, to do the same. Remember that no matter the size of the action, the important thing is to act. *Increase family time* Nature should only be synonymous with good things for your child. So why not make it a place of love and family life? Have family moments when caring for a garden, camping in the woods, walking on a trail, having a picnic in the park, collecting seashells or planting a seed in a vase placed in the window of the room. All this will improve your relationship and you will be even more united.

What can each of us learn to have a more sustainable future? To achieve development, in any area, education is a fundamental principle. When we talk about sustainable development, then, education seems to be an even more important factor, considering that it is necessary, first of all, to develop a public understanding and a greater awareness of sustainability. It is worth noting that education is not limited to schools or only to the stages of childhood and youth. Education is a permanent process, which occurs throughout the lives of all of us and is influenced by the most diverse aspects of our daily life, from our own experiences to the examples we have of other people, including our communications. On the other hand, when I speak of sustainable development, I am not just referring to caring for the environment. As defined by the World Commission on the Environment, sustainable development is one that "meets current needs, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." For example, it is important that everyone covers politicians with actions to encourage Education for Sustainable Development. And that parents and guardians cover schools with the inclusion of sustainability issues in the daily lives of children and adolescents. But it is also essential that each person begin to better observe their own habits and rethink their attitudes, with the aim of adopting more conscious practices in their own daily life. **Some examples of more sustainable individual attitudes** Save water and energy; Use less plastic; Rethink travel and forms of transportation; Separate trash; Valuing local commerce and products; Rethink prejudice and develop tolerance; Develop a greater awareness of the other. Therefore, for something to be considered sustainable, it is not enough that it is ecologically correct, it must also be economically viable, socially just and culturally diverse. https://agriculturers.com/ventajas-y-desventajas-del-desarrollo-sostenible/ **What can each of us do?** It is not only for our children that we are role models. All the time we can inspire the people around us. It is as if we are always teachers and students of each other. And this is perhaps the most lasting type of education in our lives. That is why the role of each person in education focused on sustainable development is so important.

Why the family is so important for the development and formation of children and adolescents. Read.cash family, great day to all of you, I hope you are healthy and happy. Caring about children is a natural part of the family.  Parents dream of the achievements they will have as adults, aspire to a bright future and wish the most beautiful victories for their children.  They create a routine as hectic or more hectic as that of the big executives, with language, sports, arts and other classes, so that they will be prepared for the future. https://www.claro.com.co/institucional/frases-para-la-familia/ But is this only the role of the family?  Certainly not.  It is the family that is primarily responsible for the education of its children; it is the safe haven that, consciously and unconsciously, transmits values and beliefs that, over time, are absorbed according to the examples of attitudes and behaviors of the adults around them. Essential skills for the future These are the most complex skills of intelligence, such as: thinking before acting and reacting, putting oneself in the other's place, being able to overcome losses and frustrations, and interpreting behaviors and feelings. It is also very important to promote: self-confidence, self-esteem, self-criticism, entrepreneurial attitude, among others.  All these functions and skills are able to lead children to develop healthy intra and interpersonal relationships, based on ethics and honesty, without expecting too much from the counterpart. In this way, the child grows up knowing how to respect different perspectives, debate and not impose ideas, resolve conflicts, work in a team and so many other lessons that will help them become their own leaders.  Below are some of the most important action points. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.serpadres.es/familia/tiempo-libre/articulo/5-momentos-en-los-que-poner-limite-a-los-moviles-en-familia-701623835757/amp The family is the environment in which the child learns the rules of coexistence and prepares emotionally for the adversities of the outside world.  In this long learning process, there is a great effort to care for, support and welcome children so that they feel safe when they leave the nest. It remains, therefore, to emphasize that the time and space that the family devotes to the upbringing and education of children requires attention, care and dedication.  By growing up in a healthy and stimulating environment, children develop essential skills for autonomy, happiness and success.

Encouraging reading from childhood is of great importance. Greetings read.cash friends, I hope everyone is healthy and happy. I have always wondered why the habit of reading is of few people around the globe? I think the main problem lies in the fact that we are not incentivized enough since childhood. And how to do it? https://www.imageneseducativas.com/como-detectar-la-dislexia-en-un-nino-10-senales/ninos-leyendo-2/ One of the tips to encourage children's reading is to associate the activity with other attractive and fun ones. Reading is a habit that is created, and like every habit it must be cultivated in the day-to-day life of children so that it becomes a common and familiar routine. Younger children usually learn to read around the age of five, but they need to be introduced to the world of reading before that age. To do this, we must take advantage of the natural child behavior of observing and imitating the attitudes of parents, in addition to relating the activity with other attractive and fun ones. As an Education teacher, I have always considered that the main mechanism to promote children's reading is creativity. Reading time should be seen as a fun hour; associating the habit with an obligation will give the child the feeling It is worth betting on the theatrical performances, costumes, puppets and having the help of a musical instrument that the reader can play, always stimulating and encouraging the child's participation in the game. http://newacademy.es/nino-leyendo/ It is important to choose a book style according to the age group and a topic that the child likes. “This makes her search for knowledge on her own and be more autonomous in discovering the next books she will want to read. Try to gradually stimulate other topics, but always respecting the child's taste. It is not good to force a reading or a book that begins the activity with disgust. Options with lots of images and illustrations are a good choice. “Children like to imagine what is written, as we do. In the same order of idea, the ideal is to start motivation early, but adolescents can also be stimulated, taking advantage of their greater maturity. “Young people are very fond of technology, so if possible, show that you can access a book through the Internet. Promoting a family book club is also a good initiative. Every month someone indicates a book that all members of the household should read and on a given day the family sits down to talk about work. ***Thanks for your attention***

The Best Gift To Be Alive and Healthy Happy day friends of read.cash, I hope everyone is healthy and happy. During the quarantine, we are all experiencing great impacts which has produced changes in our behavior. Considering that every bad moment also has its positive side, we are now ready to face this new stage after covid-19. One of the most radical changes is the fact that masks are here to stay, even some time after the pandemic, since it is considered, according to the opinion of experts, that the use of masks will be effective for a few more months. even after the coronavirus ends. With the pandemic we learned to take care of each other, to care about others and, above all, to be aware that our actions impact other lives. We all need to change individualistic behavior and think more about the community, learning that unity is strength. We have also learned to value the little moments and the people around us more. Visiting our parents, grandparents and friends is a privilege, and during the time of confinement, these moments of withdrawal are the most painful. Therefore, after a pandemic, our social behavior must become much more emotional and emotionally charged. One of the most important teachings of the pandemic is that we are not in full control of our lives. And for that reason, it should be used to the fullest. Therefore, we cannot wait for the ideal moment to pursue our dreams, fulfill our wishes and be happy.

A woman who owns herself is a complete woman. Good morning read.cash friend, hope everyone is healthy and happy. I wish you infinite blessings and enjoy this wonderful day. Many women are raised on the culture that their life decisions must take into account the opinions of other people. For this reason, many grow dependent on relatives, boyfriends, husbands, among other people who become references of what is right or wrong. As a result, they are unable to position themselves in decisive situations. Therefore, countless women are unable to pursue dreams and set goals that have personal or professional fulfillment as their goal. To feel complete, it is essential to have as a base the idea that you are the only owner of your choices, your decisions and, above all, of your life! It is healthy to listen to the opinions of those we love, but we can never adopt the power of choice to others. One of the pillars to feel complete and fulfilled is the self-sufficiency. For our growth and individual improvement, knowing how to recognize our limitations is fundamental. However, it is not bad to self-affirm all our qualities. Therefore, we should never submit to relationships that offer you crumbs, jobs that do not value you, friendships that only disappoint, among other situations that do not add up and only subtract. A woman who knows her worth recognizes when it is time to insist and also when it is time to leave. Learning is the keyword if you want to feel complete. After all, we become the sum of all our experiences and, with it, we become better and more prepared people. This way, they never blame you for the bad decisions, the crooked paths you chose, and the frustrations you experience. Everything in life is a lesson. When you recognize this, the burdens are lightened and our choices become wise.

Saying no times makes you happy It is important that we learn to establish priorities in our life and also learn to say no to what does not contribute anything to us. Thinking of others is necessary, for the well-being of humanity, but this does not mean that we do not have our own will and we always have to please others, or what is worse, to live as others believe is the best way. We must say no, when we do not agree with the needs of others, always honestly, and politely explaining the reason why we disagree. We must not make excuses for our disagreement, we must be as sincere as possible, since lies have short legs and soon the No will emerge. Try as we may, we will never please everyone. We must understand that we are prisoners of our decisions if we live in lies, concerned about what people think of our decisions. https://www.google.com/search?q=say+no&client=ms-android-samsung-gj-rev1&prmd=ivmxn&sxsrf=AOaemvLRYV-BDJaoa04BDC5DuN7_V5M41g:1632622957527&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi9yL27ypvzAhXxSjABHVELBVYQ_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=412&bih=734&dpr=1.75#imgrc=wru7cscWJnOZrM We must not give up our personality, our desires, our dreams to please other people. And that's not good at all! We must live our life according to what we aspire to. Therefore, it is not worth depending on the approval of others. We have every right to reject what does not make us Happy. You only have to Say Yes when we are satisfied and sure that this allows us to grow, evolve, etc., otherwise we will be unhappy. https://www.google.com/search?q=say+no&client=ms-android-samsung-gj-rev1&prmd=ivmxn&sxsrf=AOaemvLRYV-BDJaoa04BDC5DuN7_V5M41g:1632622957527&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi9yL27ypvzAhXxSjABHVELBVYQ_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=412&bih=734&dpr=1.75#imgrc=NcSp1qNE7i3QeM Dear friends, we must listen to our hearts to take firm steps, without fear of saying No !!! avoiding bad people, bad way. So without any fear, let us remember that sometimes saying is not necessary for a healthy and happy life.

Nature Benefits Health Greetings read.cash world, I hope you are all very well ... Today I want to share with you a topic that I consider very important and very beneficial for our health.  And much more in times of global stress. To relieve the tension of our daily life, contact with nature is essential, going for a walk outdoors, listening to the birds singing or just looking at the trees through the window can relieve stress, improve mood, performance and alleviate and reduce the chances of developing mental illness. The city constantly stimulates our brains.  Traffic, traffic lights, vendors, etc. all "screaming" at our brains, competing for attention.  This will cause that in a short time, our brain is tired and can begin to experience memory loss and other kinds of diseases.  This is why it is necessary to make a small stop and take a look at the natural which will cause brain relief, giving the brain a break from all the urban madness. Nature has a great influence in helping the brain recover from the fatigue produced by work, study, etc., improving performance and satisfaction. We should take the example of children, who play outdoors, have more stimuli in their imagination and creativity, causing a sense of freedom, which shows us the benefits that nature provides. More and more studies are analyzing these benefits provided by nature, whether through vitamins, warmth or the simple feeling of freedom that gives us contact, the truth is that nature has many health benefits. That is why we should not try to replace the natural by the artificial, the ideal for good health is the direct contact with nature, in the park, in the mountains or simply through the window, will give much benefit to our mind, soul and body.
