We've already watched some videos in YouTube but it was really hard for us to identify whether it's Iambic or what.

It's the structure of how a poem is. It is based mostly on the length and emphasis of a poem. Meter consists of two components: the number of syllables and a pattern of emphasis on those syllables. I am not familiar with the poem of Rizal though.

Yes yes, thank you. It's just that I'm having a difficulty in determining what pattern of emphasis the poem have. Like it's hard for me to apply it to the poem huhu. Is it fine if I put the poems here and kindly tell me what is the meter of each of them have?
