It is the most important to understand the WHY than the repetitive formula, to grasp the importance of communion. When we know the Truth , the Truth will set us free. From the shackles of death, condemnation, recurring mistakes , and everything else that destroys our soul and spirit. #BornAgainChristian

One of the Christian beliefs that I find most fascinating, (I don't think they practice it in my wife's church), is the belief in transubstantiation. Literally the bread and the wine become the body and blood of Christ. Of course, as a non-Christian believer in God, I have a real hard time grasping the concept of the Trinity.
