First aid kits at home are very important. Depending what the needs of the family besides basic bandages , anti diarrhoea, paracetamol , replenish salt (to counter diarrhoea) , carbon pills , gastritis indigestion meds could also be another good standby in the first aid kit. #Emergency #Preparation

I agree it is always good to have that kind of stuff in on the "just in case" basis. Always did when growing up and continue to now as an adult
