Finally after 5 hours non stop meeting with no breakfast, I get a proper lunch! Though was from frozen food by Kawan Food Manufacturers, somehow the ingredients and even the rice is top notch quality. I believe they have international exports . Their roti paratha is super fragrant also once cooked. This dish is called "Kapitan Kari" . I added sliced half ripe mango as the "vege" portion to neutralise the spiciness. 😋 Thank you @dbfoodbank for the blessing!
