I haven't seen (or read) the "Hunger Games"; do the folks in those stories act stupidly and ruin their own lives? California has been swirling down the metaphorical toilet for years now. In San Francisco they supposedly have interactive maps where you can avoid public places, (sidewalks, parking lots), where addicts have pooped.
