Forgot to upload this yesterday. Used my mom's frozen Radish pumpkin rice cake and turned it into a hometown favourite, "Char Kueh Kak" which means Fry Square Cake that is predominately made of plain rice cake. The Radish cake up the flavour scale and I don't need to add any except good old pickle cabbage, eggs, and some fresh picked greens from the garden. 😁 Bon appétit ! #Food
