At least they are inside. At a city hospital here in Mindanao, folks had to wait outside. These were folks who were bleeding! (There was a bad wreck or something on the day we went there.) I know it's hard to tell in a photo, but based on your pic that hospital looks very clean. I would be comfortable going there.
