Thanks to #KoreanEnglishman YouTube talking so much about #KoreanStreetToast, today I had the opportunity to use the sandwich toast maker to try the infamous #KimchiCheeseToast to see what all the hype is since I was blessed with a bottle of Kimchi and I managed to acquire a block of sharp cheddar for 50% discount. Maybe the Brits pallet have been quite plain (Bake beans is a very good example) so having this salty, sour and crunchy combination becomes a sensation to them! It isn't bad though, I could still eat it, but I am not wowed by it. Maybe I didn't put mozzarella cheese, where people just love to make it and did the cheese pull factor. haha... Overall, the cheese does go quite well with the kimchi, only perhaps only sharp cheddar may be a little too salty for some people.
