True, hindi porket umiiyak angbisang tao ibig sabihinahina siya. Its one way of regaining strength to keep going and face another challenge in life.
definitely. I'm a crying lady. I can cry even just for a simple reason as long as it's about family.haha. And crying is one of my way to lighten up my mood.haha
Exactly crying is healthy especially when we've been trying to be strong for a long time. It help us release every pain that we feel and after that we could get back on our feet again as if nothing happens. 😊
