Hello everyone. Its been quite a while that I took a break from read cash. But now I'm back. I should admit that I feel like a newbie again. But anyway Could anyone help me with a slight problem regarding my wallet. I entered the correct seed phrase but it says that the wallet has zero. Now my previous earnings were on a different wallet but asking for a different seed phrase in which i only have one.

    Ehh, dapat kasi import seed lang madam baka namali ka ng lagay ba.

Welcome back @lioness777. I experienced the same thing. I even chatted with them but they just said that I might enter the wrong seed phrase but I am sure I entered them correctly so, what I did was I log out then, login again. After that, I was able to use the wallet with the balance. :) I hope this help 😉😊
