"Pansit HabHab Noodles" Yes finally this is the time im waiting for. As we all know in my previous post awhile ago, my bicycle group are now here lucban quezon to went here and feel the hollinness of Kamay ni Hesus aside from peacful and refreshing place there is one dishes that every tourist must be taste, the one proudly being cooked by the Lucbanis the Pansit HabHab. This pansit habhab is different pansit that we eat, the different of this pansit is that they use vinegar and you may eat in the banana leaf instead of using plate or paper plate. The preparation to cook for this kind of dishes is just thesame the only different is the vinegar, they so much add more special taste and everyone really like to eat. Our order is just a so much special, becuae they add more meat on top, the lucban longonisa and they add liver and lastly the vegetables on top to make it stabilizer and of course the vinegar that we use is so something special you will taste just not an ordinary vinegar we use the after taste you may feel the taste in your tounge and stay in longer seconds. I would say it is the perfect noodles that i ever taste pansit habhan is simply the best. Thats thenkne thing for sure when we went to other places we want to taste and eat their proudly dishes just like in lucban their pansit.
