"Copra Source of Income" - 26th post in counting In a next few days there is another source of income that my brother get into it by delivering the copra to the buyer of coconut. This is the second time that i share to you guys the source of income of my brother in the mountain, one of them are getting a coconut to make oil that we use in our daily lives in terms of cooking in any kind of dishes. This copra is the one of source of income of our family wherein we had a lot of hectares land that planting a coconut, if there is more coocnut fruit that are already old and enough time to harvest to make a copra thats the time we harvest. Since october wheren most of the day experiencing rain and maybeba typhoon itself thats why we harvest some of our coconut to make a copra. Right now we are busying do and help each other to break the shell of coconut and to remove the meat of thw coconut, once we get all the meat thats tge time we sell on it into the buyer to produce and process the coconut oil.

My brother in law used to have a copra business too in their province somewhere in Leyte but it was devastated by typhoon Yolanda. He was so crushed by it but never had the chance to visit their plantation coz he's living here now in Bulacan. He"s telling us before how it works and how coconut oil is healthier compare to other variants and how it was used to make other products such as soap.
im here in visayas and you are right it was devastated by the typhoon, thats why we harvest as early as we can since the strong rain will be come during october
My uncles are farmers and copra is also one of the sources of their income. hard work indeed and I really admire and proud of them. Mabuhay ang mga magsasaka! I hope they can get more support from the government.
even the copra here is cheaper being buy the seller but it is ok as long we have a source of income, yup hardwork is always prevail for this kind of job
That is a good source of income. Coconut has many use in our life.
in short there are no wasting, from the fruit even the leaves, shells until to the tree as well they are all useful

yup there is a buyer here who are willing to buy all our copras but we find as well a better price right now copra was so much cheaper
