Ube Camote Crop" - 6th post and counting There is one thing that i really like this day because my brother went to our house earlier to give the harvested ube camote that serve our meryenda and maybe it is better as well the dessert once we are sone eating the dinner. The sweet ube camote was one of the crop being planted in the land of my brother in the mountain and we are blessed that we had the food that we eat. It is better as well to make a planting like this and they will give us a blessing when the time when needed to harvest in a right time. Since we are live in the province it is usually and a good thing to have like this, since the rainy season are now approaching camote stay long even you are already harvested it is only a thing that alternate to eat once there is no rice, as we all know camote contains a lot of carbohydrates that needs to make our body strong. Our children is really like as well to eat this kimd of crop because of the sweetnes of it, one of the best cook to this is to boiled in small hot water once the camote are soft it is now ready to eat, some of them they cooked camote que that they fry in oil and add sugar to make it coated the wholw camote before they put in a stick. I know everyone of you are eating like this beacuse of the tasty and delicious. Thats my day is all about havng receiving of camote from my brother.

I love eating that kind of root crops..rare kind of camote..i always had the yellow one..
There is a yellow as well but the crop being harvested my brother is ube maybe next harvest maybe the yellow one

Looks sweet nga po sir, dalawang types ng kamote nilalaga namin talagang masarap sa meryenda. Yung dilaw at yang purple. Sarap din kapag ni camote que sya, pero kahit ganyan ay panalo na rin. Libre sa meryenda kapag may tanim talaga eh may aanihin
