Today I'm going to tell you a story about two stores where they sell candy. The candies in both shops cost the same, but the children like one and dislike the other. Why? Because in one of the shops the child says: "I want 300 grams of candy," and the salesperson first puts a lot of candy on the scale, say 500 grams, and then "takes" from the candy until it is 300. And the child watches as the candy gets smaller and smaller. And in the other, favorite store, the salesperson puts a little on the scale, 100 grams, and then adds and adds. Up to three hundred. And the children like to watch their candy being added, not taken away. And so they go where they don't take away! That's the trick. And it doesn't matter that they're both there - 300 grams of candy. Whatever you do in life, "add," not "take away."

Hello, what Bulgarians need to know, wherever they are in the world. The monument to Khan Asparuh, a great Bulgarian ruler, founder of Danube Bulgaria in 680-681 in the town of Isperih - Bulgaria. The monumental composition was unveiled on 16 October 1981 on the occasion of the 1300th anniversary of the founding of Bulgaria. It is the work of an author's collective with the participation of sculptor Vladimir Tsvetkov and architect Stoyko Donchev. The sculptor has recreated the Founder as a shrewd ruler who achieved an alliance between Proto-Bulgarians and Slavs. The pedestrian alleys, whose seven rays lead to the monument of Khan Isperikh, symbolize the seven Slavic tribes flowing into the Bulgarian state.
Hello, I am Bulgarian and I love my country Bulgaria! It is small in territory but with a very ancient history. There are four seasons - spring, summer, autumn and winter. The nature of the country is unique and not repeatable.
A smiling new week.
Hello
Why have we met a certain person in our lives? Sometimes we ask ourselves why we have met a certain person in our lives. The answer is hidden in time. Not until we grow old enough to absorb it. God sends us our soul mate when we are ready to meet them. Whether it be a friend or a partner doesn't matter - it's someone we can only appreciate when we have reached a certain level of spiritual growth. As much as we would like to believe that we hold our destiny in our own hands, this is not quite true. We have our will and we make our choices, but there is a higher power in the universe that governs all affairs. Until we cleanse our soul of old wounds, old hurts and old disappointments, we cannot be ready to experience new joy, to accept and appreciate new happiness. If we have not yet received something we deeply desire, it is because we are not ready for it. Often people come into our lives who teach us valuable lessons. They help us improve until we reach that spiritual level where we can accept our soul mate. The trials that we think take us away from our goal actually bring us closer to it. We are who we are because of all we experience and learn along the way. If it is straight and without any obstacles, we cannot change until we reach the end of it. However, if the path is winding and offers its own obstacles to challenge us to think and evolve, then we will transcend ourselves, multiply our life experiences, change, and at the end of that path be a much better version of ourselves. So keep your head on straight and take your time. Sooner or later what you dream of will happen, but until then - prepare your heart for it. From the net
Hello autumn! A*****utumn is an ambiguous time. On the one hand, it's a sad time of year because it makes us say goodbye to the summer heat. You have to tune in to welcome the cold because the sun is shining, but its warmth is weaker each day and now it sets earlier. And if there is still a little warmth during the day, it gets very cold by evening. Now there's wind and***** rain outside - so what's there to be happy about? Don't get depressed though. Remember that many works of poets and writers tell of the autumn season and lead us to autumn fields, to autumn woods, and it's not just that. And to understand why they loved this time of year, we need only look at it from a different angle. Autumn is not only cold and slushy, it is also indescribably beautiful. There's no need to fall into sadness, nature doesn't have bad weather as well as bad seasons. You just have to learn to see the beauty, notice it and find the positive. And then you will realize that autumn is a wonderful time when you can even observe schools of birds flying to warmer areas. This is the time when you walk into a birch grove and can't help but enjoy the lushness of the natural colors. It is not the artist who has painted the leaves with gold, it is Mother Autumn who leads her brush over the treetops. Autumn adorns the parks, forests and shrubs with her colours. Slowly at first, then faster and faster everything begins to change. And even though it's gotten colder outside and not as hot as it was in the summer, the fall flowers continue to bloom in the fall. In the fall we continue to harvest our crops, enjoying apples, pears, vegetables and grapes. Summer and warm, beautiful days. Hear such a familiar word "autumn" and you are sure to see a picture of incredibly beautiful trees that delight our eyes with their golden and colorful blossoms. The most beautiful moment, in my opinion, comes just when the golden leaves, smoothly and naturally, fly off the branches, gently touching the air, as if saying goodbye to this wonderful world forever. Falling, they form a divinely beautiful carpet, as if woven of gold and decorated with rubies, all this beauty covering the frozen earth. All this abundance of colour makes you think about the meaning of existence and the purpose of your being on earth. Looking at schools of birds flying south, somewhere deep in your subconscious you think where they are flying and surely each of us has wanted to go after them, leaving behind all the difficulties and hardships of this daily life. In autumn it is sure to rain, its drops slowly rolling down the glass or forming large and small puddles through which the neighborhood children will later run. On such a gloomy day, you mostly want to drink mint tea \u200b\u200bin front of the TV, wrapped in a warm blanket, and pet the kitten, which with its purr seems to say, "Everything will be fine!" an indelible impression in our memory. Speaking of autumn, we can't help but mention the peasants who worked all summer on their allotment and ended up getting everything they deserved in full. For me, the main attribute of autumn has always been bread. The most delicious bread is that which is earned by one's own labor. Working all day, cleaning the garden and gathering all the fall bounty, you'll walk into the house and sure enough, sitting down to a family dinner, that's when you'll get the full taste of bread. Why it is in autumn that one begins to reflect on topics that interest them. Philosophical thoughts awaken in all of us. Autumn was A's favorite season. С. Pushkin, in autumn he wrote most of his works. This means that you should be able to see autumn on the good side, because this wonderful time of the year has deep meaning. Having spent autumn in deep lyrical meditation, we are thus preparing for winter. Reflecting on these words, each person will determine for themselves the meaning of autumn in their lives. It, as a celebration of the soul, helps to feel the beauty of the surrounding nature. It helps to understand the necessity of work in each person's life. In fact, it is only in autumn that nature blooms with all the colours of the rainbow: from silver-grey to crimson-gold. After all, only in autumn there is an abundance of vegetables and fruits on the table. Autumn ... It is not only the variety of colours that is mixed in this word. It also mixes a variety of feelings: joy and sadness, peace and excitement ... hello autumn!
How does LEGO help child development? LEGO is the first building block in learning. In LEGO activities, children can acquire a variety of specific skills while building that they would develop with few other toys. Types of skills These are varied, each being of high importance in the development and socialization of girls and boys, and LEGO manages to help a great deal of them: Communicative Communication is equally important for everyone: babies, children and adults. If we need or want something, we need to be able to communicate it clearly. Lego helps develop these social skills by giving kids the ability to work in groups to create creations. Once they are ready, they can play together and embody exciting stories from their imaginations. Solve puzzles Lego is basically a puzzle. Children must follow instructions to recreate a building, place or environment of varying difficulty. They have to choose which block fits the description, where to place it and how it fits into the overall design. Once they have done this and the element has been placed, the puzzle takes on a finished look. Emotional growth In the process of building, they learn a variety of problem-solving skills. When they feel that the puzzle just doesn't make sense, children feel frustration. When they decide to stick with it and move on, they learn how to acknowledge their feelings and overcome them - the valuable lesson of perseverance. Then, when they complete the puzzle, they understand the feeling of satisfaction. Fine motor skills Fine motor skills are vital to children's development and are greatly aided by the use of constructors. When your child plays with Legos, they are constantly moving their hands, joining the pieces and following the instructions. His actions need to be concise and thought out to achieve the desired result. Lego is a helper, improving deep motor skill engagement, finger grip and the ability to place different sized items. Developing creativity Children have a huge imagination that can be further developed with the help of constructors. By giving them the opportunity to be creative, to create anything they like, they learn to express themselves. They can follow instructions or create something completely new by unleashing their imagination and connecting it to the real world. Later, when they become adults, this skill will prove useful in many different ways, including goal setting, emotional abilities, and problem solving. All of these skills are important to learn at a young age because they allow kids to develop emotionally while giving them a chance to explore puzzles and solve problems. According to the team at online store Ozone.bg, the most popular children's LEGO models now are Classic, Ninjago, City and Duplo.

The waterfalls of Kostenets Hello to all users and fans of real money. To your attention today I present the first waterfall in Kostenets, which is located at the foot of Rila Mountain. Passing by the village of Kostenets, there are signs pointing the way to Kostenets villas. Near the villas flows the river Chavcha, which has shaped the rocks around the waterfall in an interesting way and formed several smaller waterfalls. You will see them as you walk towards the big waterfall. Kostenska waterfall. It is about 12 meters high. Nature has created a paradise of beauty - Kostenska waterfall. The waterfall has its own history from the past . In the past it was visited by the patriarch of Bulgarian fiction Ivan Vazov. The natural beauty of the waterfall served as a beautiful muse and the poet Ivan Vazov wrote about it and praised it in two of his works. Part of his poem "Kostenski Waterfall" is also inscribed on the wooden ornament at the beginning of the path to the waterfall. From the centre of Kostenets go left over the bridge, which is just before the start of the path to Kostenski Falls. Follow the arrows and signposts hanging in the trees, there is nowhere to go wrong. Once you reach the river, the trail becomes relatively flat.If you continue a little further up the road after the waterfall, you will reach the Gurgulitsa hut. After Gurguliitsa hut you will pass through a wide meadow, you will walk almost entirely through the forest and only downhill. From there, a wide trail leads you to another waterfall - the fairy Skalovitec. The hike to it is about 30-40 minutes. There are several picnic spots around the waterfall itself - wooden benches with tables and a gazebo where you can eat if you bring sandwiches. Almost all of the places to eat are in the shade, so even in the summer time they are nice. The Kosten waterfall is only 12 m high, but it is still impressive and forms a powerful curtain of water The walk to Kosten Waterfall is for those days when you've remembered late that you want to go somewhere, or you want to get out of town but aren't in the mood for a long hike.

The Freedom Monument in 'Shipka' Hello to all users of read.cash. In my country Bulgaria is the season of summer, which gives us the opportunity for short trips. I will tell you about one such trip, because every Bulgarian carries in his heart the history of his people in a different way. The Shipka Freedom Monument is the largest among the monuments in the park. Its silhouette resembles a medieval Bulgarian fortress and can be seen from dozens of kilometers away. It was built from the voluntary donations of the entire Bulgarian nation and was inaugurated on August 26, 1934. It is 31.5 m high and 890 steps lead up to it. A large bronze lion - symbol of the Bulgarian state - guards the entrance to the monument. On the other three sides of the building are inscribed the names of Shipka, Sheinovo and Stara Zagora. A majestic sculpture, erected on the occasion of the liberation of Bulgaria from Ottoman rule, is kept here. It was built to commemorate the exploits of those who died for freedom during the epic battles on Mount Shipka, which were a decisive point for the outcome of the Russo-Turkish Liberation War. A series of fierce battles took place in 1877 between the army of Suleiman Pasha and the Russian troops, along with them the Bulgarian volunteers. The fighting took place in the Shipka Pass, where the Russian-Bulgarian soldiers took up positions on the steepest peaks of St. Nicholas, Shipka and Eagle's Nest. The terrain is difficult to access and presents a great obstacle to the Turkish troops, but their numerical superiority is overwhelming. Both sides suffered huge losses in these battles. When the Russo-Bulgarian soldiers ran out of ammunition and shells, they started throwing all sorts of objects: stones, cannons, chests at the advancing Turks. Towards the end, when all available objects were exhausted, they began to throw the corpses of their slain comrades. Even the bodies of the slain soldiers managed to knock their enemies towards the precipice. Although the Russian-Bulgarian soldiers paid a bloody price, they managed to push the enemy advance to the end. Eventually defended, Shipka played the role of a "gate" through which Russian troops crossed into Thrace and from there headed for Constantinople, thus capitulating to the Ottoman Empire. This is the most emblematic circumstance for which this battle is famous. You can literally climb the monument. There are stone stairs that lead up to the monument, each of which has an etoria. On the ground floor is a large marble sarcophagus, which contains the remains of the bones of Russian soldiers and Bulgarian volunteers. Above it there are 6 more floors with exhibition halls. At the top of the monument there is a fascinating andpanoramic view. Source;https://nauka.bg/

One day in summer - Friendship Day Hello The beginning of a June day in early summer with friends.A refreshing cup of coffee and one of my favorite quotes. How little it takes for a person to feel good. The comfort of our home where we feel cozy and safe. so little and for those who don't have a home. here is my quote: Be who you are, and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter won't mind. Dr. Seuss Lesson learned: everyone is unique and different. being honest and saying what you think takes courage. the people close to you who know you, accept you for who you are, and care about you will respect that quality in you, even if they don't always like it. Those who won't understand your quirks are not worth your time and acquaintance. we are different people, we can't please everyone. Let's smile and have a nice Thursday - Friendship Day!
7 psychological tricks that will make your life better 1. The mirror rule Quite simply - it means that every person who is present in your life is a mirror reflection of you, because they inevitably influence your character, your mood, your worldview, even your self-esteem. You've heard of "energy vampires," right? These are the people who burden you, who seem to "suck" your energy and appropriate it. Avoid them. Seek the company of positive and well-meaning people who will not only weep for your sorrow, but also rejoice heartily at your success. 2. The power of choice Everything that happens in your life is the result of the choices you make. Every action leads to another action, it is a chained sequence of events that are knotted together and none just sits idly in empty space. Some call it fate, some call it God, some call it chance. Science calls it personal choice. Of course there are things we don't choose - parents, family, birth, death. But let what is up to you be thought through. If you have a dream goal, follow it steadfastly. Each small step brings you closer to the desired outcome. 3. The power of mistakes It is important to realize that anyone can make mistakes. Perfection and sinlessness are inherent only in dead matter. So be glad that you make mistakes and that you can learn from your mistakes. It means that life goes on. 4. The rule of relativity There are things that depend solely on us, so stop complaining about your relationship, your lifestyle, your job. If you don't feel happy with the person yes yourself, better look around for a change. If you don't like your job, quit. Nothing is as scary as it seems. Tell yourself you deserve more, get over your fear and habit and take heart! 5. The anticipation effect Come to terms with the idea that no one owes you anything. The less expectations, the less disappointments. Be kind to others without reservation and help selflessly. The mere fact that you have lent a hand to someone in need should give you enough satisfaction. 6. The rule of sober thinking Live in the here and now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, today! Don't think about what has already passed, don't worry about what is to come. Life is in this moment as you read these lines, as you sip a cup of coffee, as you watch a pleasant movie. Don't miss the present moment for thoughts of what could have been or what could be. What matters is what is now. 7. The power of optimism Don't ignore the little things that surround you. Don't blame life for being boring, don't begrudge people their lives - delude yourself that it's more interesting than yours. Enjoy nature, the beauty around you. Give thanks that you are alive, that you are healthy, that you walk, that you see, that you hear. Create your own experiences and good memories. If you spend most of your time with the remote in front of the TV or staring at the monitor, no wonder you have fallen into a hole. Get up and get outside. The world is waiting for you!
An Englishman's letter for 2 June After three minutes, when everything returned to its normal rhythm, I remembered that they had told me about one of their heroes, Hristo Botev - a poet and revolutionary who, with the adventurism inherent in those under 30, and with the excitement of the age, led to religious death a group of such misfit seekers of sharp sensations, supposedly united by the vague idea of "freedom of the fatherland"... All emigrants to Romania, they hijacked an Austrian ship, forced the captain to land them on the Bulgarian coast and after several days of fighting were, of course, completely defeated by the regular and armed to the teeth Turkish army... On this day, June 2, Botev himself was killed (according to unconfirmed reports - by a "friendly" bullet). In short - this is the story. I had heard it, but, frankly, I was not particularly impressed - his adventurous work... Adventurism and a bit of irresponsibility. that's what I thought until I found myself on June 2 in the epicenter of this chilling silence and stillness... Every year since then I wait for that day to see if it will happen again, if it will be the same. Will any of the younger ones ask themselves why and whether it should stop at all... I have been living in Bulgaria for many years, many things have changed before my eyes. But these three minutes are projected from year to year... June 2 found me in many of Bulgaria's big cities and in the small mountain village where I live. But the picture is the same everywhere. People stop to be silent, to reflect on the exploits of an adventurer who did not live to see the age of Christ, to worship him or perhaps to condemn him - but either way, in those 3 minutes the thoughts of 7 million Bulgarians are concentrated on one thing and that one thing, after all, is their country, Bulgaria. As for me, the foreigner... In those three minutes... I usually feel the shame feeling of envy. Yes, I envy - the whole Bulgarian isto`nik:nation and every Bulgarian individually. Source: net
Children's Day This holiday is on different dates and is related differently to the traditions of different countries. International Children's Day is on June 1 in almost all countries of the former socialist camp. It has its origins in the World Conference on Child Health held in 1925 in Geneva (Switzerland). Immediately afterwards, its celebration in Bulgaria began on 8 May under the patronage of Princess Evdokia and later Boris III's wife. In Bulgaria, after the coup in 1944, its new celebration began after 1949, when Moscow announced that 1 June was adopted as International Children's Day. In countries with communist regimes, the holiday is officially called International Children's Day. The holiday is given a strong political flavour. After the change of the political system in these countries, the holiday was maintained. This day is one of the most revered holidays for children. And here is more about the history of this holiday: The need for special protection of children's rights was proclaimed in the Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child in 1924. Humanity must give the child the best it has, beyond all considerations of race, nationality and creed: 1. The child must be placed in a position to develop properly in body and mind. 2. The hungry child must be fed, the sick child must be cured, the underdeveloped child must be encouraged, the misguided child must be brought to understanding, the orphaned and abandoned child must be aided and sheltered. 3. The child must first be helped in time of trouble. 4. The child must be prepared to earn a living and must be protected from any uprooting. 5. The child should be brought up in the mind that he should use his best qualities in the service of his brethren." This declaration is the beginning of the work of child protection. Bulgaria was admitted as a member of the International Children's Protection Union on 13 April 1925. Children's Day was first officially celebrated internationally in 1950 in 51 countries around the world, and was established in 1949 by a decision of the Council of the International Democratic Women's Federation. How is Children's Day celebrated? On this Children's Day, special games are organized for children, as well as a large-scale children's celebration. Speeches are made on children's rights and children's programmes are broadcast on television. Various restaurants open their doors for children's parties, and treats, gifts and balloons are handed out to children on the streets. The aim is to create a cheerful mood that will captivate even adults who remember that they were children too.

Smiles without end 'As the sun is to flowers, so is a smile to people." George Eliot A smile is a human emotion that is an expression of the good in a person. Laughter, on the other hand, has countless proven health benefits: it aids circulation, lowers blood sugar levels, reduces stress, and improves sleep. A child's smile,There is nothing in the world more touching and pure than a child's smileWhen children smile, there is a change in the parents' mood. A smile, though not essential in newborns, is the strong bond with parents. it is innate in humans. just as nature gave birds the ability to fly and dolphins the ability to swim, it has given humans the ability to smile. a smile is nature's most beautiful creation. interestingly, according to researchers, there are 19 different types of smiles. A smile is a pleasant emotion that can be heard. if each of us makes an effort to smile despite the complicated situation in the world, the world will become better. little children are "cute", every bride is beautiful because she smiles. A smile is the most powerful weapon known to man! Try it! Smile at someone who is coming to insult or hurt you! He is usually so surprised by this reaction that he forgets why he came! Wake up with a smile and fall asleep with it. You can give a smile to anyone, it costs nothing! Life confronts us with different trials, but we can always find time to smile. think of your loved ones with a smile, no matter if they are good or bad, whether they have just offended you or intend to make you happy. a smile is priceless! It helps people be better! But it especially helps those who smile! A popular song used to sing, " ...Smile! With its thread of light, it connects person to person" Greet the day with a smile and send it off with gratitude! God will reward you for it in His way!
My profession Hello Every one of us as a child has dreamed - what he wants to become when he grows up.When a person grows up and realizes himself, there comes a moment when he has to make a decision. How to continue his life and what profession to pursue. This happened in my life as well. at one point I made a decision and enrolled in the medical institute in the regional city. It is a brave endeavor that requires one to have certain qualities, but I have generally been a brave person since I was a child. it is a profession that requires empathy to be able to accept people's pain. To have a healthy psyche to be able to react in different situations at work. It is not for the weak or the easily quit. it takes heart to be in this profession. Charity - I don't like to see people suffer. you need to be able to make quick decisions at certain times and react appropriately to situations. be able to take responsibility and learn to maintain a high level of knowledge and skill during the work process. To continually improve yourself so that you can work in places where you are not currently needed. To be able to pass on your skills by teaching more people to follow you so that they too can maintain a high level in their work. this takes time, patience and knowledge. We have witnessed countless human lives in our work process. We also inevitably touch the personal lives of suffering people who are looking for help and support. we must have the will, patience and strength to comfort them, listen to them and help them in every moment of their illness. Our attitude towards these people is very important because it helps them to heal faster. Gentleness is a special character trait that one develops at a certain point in one's life when engaged in this profession. a profession that is responsible and humane. Difficult in the present conditions of a pandemic of coronaviruses and other advancing diseases.
Why young people are reading less We often think that today's young generation is more promiscuous and irresponsible than yesterday's, that it is less concerned and more selfish. This is how our parents thought of us, this is how our grandparents thought of our parents... If indeed each new generation since the world began has fewer values than the last, then the present world should have been at least morally destroyed by now. And is it really so? Have human values become less and less "valuable" since the Roman era, through the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, to the present day, and we are going downhill? Hardly. It's just that the world is changing. Some changes are good, some not so much, but we can't blame "the young" for that. We were educated in the values of Yordan Yovkov's stories, we cried with Karl May's heroes, we dreamed of meeting real heroes like Vinetu and Otseola. For today's children, these names are unknown or misunderstood. Young people today spend most of their time in front of the computer, not over books. The hectic lifestyles of their parents, the stress we are all subjected to on a daily basis, also predetermine their preference for what appeals to them. And that seems to be movies, games and even books that have more action, 'action, things happening fast and breakneck. For one thing, today's generation is more aware and informed about the things that are going on in our world. The information from television and the Internet that floods children makes them 'up to date' with all the major world trends, news and events. Most young people in Bulgaria today are doing decently well with the English language, something that was much rarer in the past. But can information "online" replace the feel and pleasure of a worthwhile book? Children today are less literate than their peers of the previous generation. Not reading enough books deprives them of the ability to think, to develop their imagination, to express their opinions reasonably, to try to reasonably and calmly convince their interlocutor of their position... In the modern consumerist society we live in, they are looking for the quick and easy way to get the information they need. Today's young people know a lot more about the world, new technologies, fashion trends and the personal lives of all the celebrities known and unknown in the world and in our country. Many of them can quote the lyrics from the songs of a bunch of folkstars, but they can't say a single poem by Botev or Vazov, for example. But what they lack most from not reading enough books is the ability to actually communicate with people. From books one learns how to communicate with others - to understand their problems, their pain, their discontent. Human life is not only struggling with daily problems, running errands, moving. Human life is a string of many relationships with other people and it is these that bring the most misunderstandings. For the world is undeniably changing and evolving - but new technologies, modern and increasingly advanced computers, cannot replace the need for normal human communication and mutual understanding. "All problems in life come from misunderstandings between people - at work, with teachers, with friends, in the family. Books are where a young person can learn this - to understand themselves, to understand others, and thus to overcome the problems and differences they encounter with people." Books can enrich young people with the wide palette of values and emotions one can feel - understanding and respect for others' pain, respect for human genius, intelligence, talent, compassion for others' pain, tolerance for those different from us. It is in books that children can meet worthy "heroes" worth emulating and from whom they can take something. Unfortunately, it is hard to force a young person to read. The desire must be provoked so that he himself feels this need and reaches for the book. Neither parents nor teachers are capable of this. And reading out of obligation does not solve this problem. Is there a way to get children to spend more time over books, or let things flow naturally. Or, perhaps, we adults are wrong, still believing in idealized images and values that we rarely find in our commercial, fast-paced, and increasingly selfish world. Or maybe, we adults should learn from children and try to adapt to the real world where "good", unfortunately, does not always win.
The differences between the mature and the codependent woman You most likely associate it with people, relatives or loved ones, to whom they have some kind of addiction, most often alcohol, drug or other. The fact is that this phenomenon is associated not so much with harmful habits, as with a particular psychological state of a person. It turned out that recently codependency appears to be a rather common phenomenon. Of course, partners in a couple depend on each other, but this dependence can be both excessive and insufficient. Their relationship is a kind of exchange. However, just as giving some aspects of oneself is necessary, giving others is not at all necessary. The main issue in the exchange is to be aware of exactly what is going on between them, to what extent what is going on is conducive to strengthening the relationship both now and in the future. What is the difference between the position of the woman who is in a stable and healthy relationship and the woman in a codependent relationship? In this context, we will use the expression "mature woman" to summarize the personality qualities of a psychologically mature, adult, knowledgeable, experienced woman. The mature woman has a sense of her own dignity and considers herself to be of value. The codependent woman is not sure of her value and dignity and needs her partner to constantly affirm them with his love. The mature woman knows how to defend herself from the adversities in life. She is able to solve her problems, to turn to others for help, to communicate with different people. The codependent woman needs a man to protect her because she does not feel able to protect herself independently. The mature woman is also comfortable in her solitude; she can live quite harmoniously on her own without losing the sense of fulfillment and meaningfulness of life. The codependent woman cannot remain alone and out of relationships, life seems meaningless to her. The mature woman knows how to support and comfort herself. The codependent woman needs her man to support and comfort her in difficult life situations. When a man is disrespectful, ignorant, undignified, the mature woman distances herself from him. She becomes less approachable and turns her attention to other men or interesting pursuits. The codependent woman believes that love should be unconditional and stays close to the man, giving him all her warmth, time, attention, hoping that the man will change. The mature woman knows what her interests are, she has hobbies, girlfriends and strives for personal development. The co-dependent woman gives her whole life to the man and has no other interest than family relations. The mature woman, being a part of the family, well delineates her personal space, which is inviolable. The codependent has in common with her husband the e-mail, the computer, the password for the social networking pages, the circle of communication, the ways of relaxation and rest.... Gradually no difference of opinions, tastes, thoughts, desires is found; it is impossible to know who in the couple rules the time and choices. A mature woman has a good sense of exactly what she wants, what she likes and what suits her. The codependent woman has trouble choosing clothes (or anything else) and needs the advice of her husband, girlfriend, or someone else before making a decision. The mature woman knows how to enjoy ordinary things, and also to experience aesthetic delight in art and beauty. The codependent can only enjoy life when she has a loving man by her side. The mature woman always finds time to take care of herself, her health and beauty. The codependent woman never has time for such things because of work, family, other cares... The mature woman knows how much and what type of male attention she needs. She can negotiate and calmly respect a man's friendships and interests. The codependent woman wants all of the man's attention for herself and all the while demands that he give up friends and "dangerous" hobbies. The mature woman can calmly express disagreement about behavior or discomfort in the relationship. The codependent woman tries not to spoil the relationship with conflicts and does not listen to her inner signals. The mature woman does not harass the partner. She either supports him in his endeavors or simply disappears from his life. The codependent woman hysterics or horse-reads the man for not being the way she wants him, emphasizing guilt without changing her own patterns of behavior. The mature woman openly states her needs and desires, leaving the man free to choose whether to satisfy them. She knows where the line is for what is acceptable to her and can appreciate what is most important - depth and warmth in a relationship. The codependent woman makes demands and claims, whines and complains, and sees the man as a malfunctioning tool, not embodying her desires. She openly expresses her desires and disagreements. The codependent woman heaps insults on unfulfilled dreams and over time closes her heart to men in general. What kind of woman are you?
Challenge30days/day 5 - My parents It is genetically innate in man to be an individual and determine for himself what is good and what is not without listening to others. Even if those people are those closest to him- his parents. Apart from all the problems for man, in his daily life and living, the most serious difficulty remains the family. For every man, family is very important and all his life he strives to provide the best for his children... But not always the two parties understand each other: parent-child. Are the two generations- people of different times?...? Stress, work, commitments, fast life style and all the accompanying problems to the way of our upliftment and our fulfillment are part of the problem of the young society. Do we accept that our parents had boring lives, or do we not know life without these factors. Let us not assume the lives of our elders to be outdated and insignificant. Surprising as it may sound, the path the young are now walking has already been trodden and trodden, not by anyone, but by our own ancestors. Do children need to learn to understand their parents or parents the children? With today's fashion, children can hardly be understood. But from the position of a child, I can say that most adolescents cannot express themselves or say what they feel either. There should be harmony, equality and compromise in relationships. Is our parents' world boring and petty? Why do adults see the bad and black side of everything? Why don't they see something good, something colourful? Is this the true reality? Who is fooling themselves in this case- the children or the parent? And maybe everyone is right, but let's try to see the good side of things , and it will be much easier that way... Why do children succumb to so many bad habits and even sacrifice their lives? Whims of the young or just a parent's "oversight"? There is no parent who can keep an eye on their child 24 hours a day and if trust is not built between them, there is no salvation... Nowadays, both parents and children are subjected to a lot of negative emotions, true friends are on the way out and only traitors are left A universal likeness of a parent or a programmed robot is the "dream" child? Most parents strive to make their children in their own image, but at the same time demand that their offspring not make the mistakes they themselves have made. It is no longer just education that is one of the most important things for a parent... Every parent wants to integrate their offspring with their surroundings as quickly as possible and wants to prepare them for the rigors of life. There is love everywhere, but the love of the parents for the child- it is the only love... Now is the time to realize how precious we are to someone. How much care, work, sleepless nights parents have sacrificed to educate us, to share their experience, to make us PEOPLE! Material things are lost and gained every day... anyone can take them and lose them easily... but it's what's in our head and heart- the knowledge and experience we've gained that's priceless. And if someone wants to steal it- there is no chance. Let's give our dearest people a smile, and a gentle and kind word: I love you just the way you are- my parents!
30-day writing challenge Defining a personality as such is a complex matter. To make it easier to understand, it can be addressed in several sequential steps as follows:Ellehcim - Describe your personality Individual - possesses all the common properties of man as a living organism. Individuality - defines the specificity of an individual personality, and it may be hereditary or random in nature. Not all people possess individuality (e.g., small babies). Individuality - represents the result of the process of education and self-education. Not all people can be individuals - those who are not aware of their individuality cannot be. Such are, for example, people with mental abnormalities such as oligophrenes or with physiological abnormalities in which the functions of the higher nervous system are absent. - Things that make you happy. Happiness is a word that hides behind it the best and most beautiful things that one cannot imagine having. Happiness is a very strong feeling that, no matter when or where, outweighs sadness, grief, suffering. Being happy is something precious that is hidden somewhere in our hearts and souls. It is felt, felt, seen in our smiles and heard in our laughter. Happiness makes people beautiful, fresh, gives them the incentive to fly in their world, to feel the wonderful sense of freedom. But to be happy, there must be a reason. I am happy when I have been helpful to someone, when I see eyes sparkling with joy, when I learn that a close relative or friend of mine has achieved success, has overcome something. Or when new life appears among my loved ones. I will be happy if there are no wars in the world, if there are no poor, sick and starving people, if greed and envy disappear among us - thinking beings called humans, because they are the root of all the evils on this otherwise so beautiful planet we inhabit, but they also destroy, which is not wise. I will be happy if we can enjoy the little things in life. If everyone knows how to value the lives of others and not just our own, if we keep nature clean so it doesn't get its revenge on us. Happiness in life consists of those soon forgotten things - the charm of a kiss or a smile, a kind look. - A memory. Some days pass without leaving a trace, and others we remember forever. What is your earliest childhood memory? Do you remember your first kiss? Or the most delicious food you ever tasted? Or the smell of freshly cut grass on a perfect summer day? Good memories are integral to mental health and our overall sense of happiness. They give us strength in difficult times, remind us of who we really are, and fill us with hope for the future.

Natural treasure of Bulgaria - Rosa damascena Rosa damascena, also known as the rose of Castile .Its flowers are known for their delicate fragrance and are harvested for rose oil ("rose otto" or "rose absolute", which is used in perfumery, rose water and "rose concret". They can be used to flavour food, for decoration, for herbal tea and for preserving with sugar. This oil-bearing rose has deciduous shrubs and grows up to 2.2 m tall, with stems densely packed with strong, curved spikes and tough moss. The leaves are pinnately branched, with five (rarely seven) petals. The flowers range from light through moderate pink to light red. The relatively small flowers grow in clusters. The shrub is indeterminate in shape. The Damascena rose is best grown in rows (like a hedge) to better protect the flowers from the wind and make picking easier. Harvesting the flowers is quite labour intensive as it has to be done by hand. Depending on the type of 'Damascena' grown in the region, there are between twenty and forty days a year when the crop is ready for picking. The roses are harvested by hand and transported to the site for steam distillation. Bulgaria and Turkey are the largest producers of rose oil from the various denominations of all the roses that fall under the name Damascena rose. Morocco, Tunisia and some other Middle Eastern countries have produced rose oil in the past, but their contribution is minimal. The town of Kazanlak in Bulgaria was founded in 1420 and rose cultivation began at that time. The Damascena rose is known in this region as the Kazanlak rose and according to legend was brought to the area by a Turkish judge who brought it from Tunisia and planted them in his garden. It is now grown commercially in the area around Kazanlak called the Valley of Roses. The distillate from these roses is sold on the market as 'Bulgarian rose oil' and 'Bulgarian rose oil'. In Bulgaria, an annual Rose Festival is held in honour of the rose. Turkish rose oil is marketed as 'rose oil', 'Turkish rose oil' and 'Rosa Damascena Attar' or 'Ittar'. Although there are still families who have their own small distilleries and produce so-called 'country oil', the marketing of rose oil as a high-quality product is regulated by the State, with a State-owned cooperative in the Isparta region of Turkey. Roses are still grown on small family farms, but the flowers are transferred to one of the many distillation halls where quality-controlled distillation takes place. Culinary: The Damascena rose is used in cooking to add flavour and as a spice. It is one of the ingredients of the Moroccan spice blend Ras el Hanout. Rose water and rose powder are used in Persian, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Rose water is often sprinkled on meat dishes and rose powder is added to sauces. Whole flowers or individual petals are also used in the herbal tea 'zukhurat'. However, the most popular use is to flavour desserts such as ice cream, jam, marshmallows, milk with rice, yoghurt. However, it has been a popular ingredient since ancient times and continued to be popular during the Renaissance era. It is most commonly used in desserts and can still be found as a flavouring in traditional desserts such as marzipan or turon. The flowering of the oil rose begins in mid-May and lasts until mid-June.The Damascena rose is a symbol of beauty, youth and health. Today it is the basis of the most elite products of the world's pharmaceutical companies in the field of cosmetics and perfumery. Today it is the basis of the most elite products of the world's pharmaceutical companies .
Invisible people Hello.A story that repeats itself in different variations in our hectic everyday life. While we are young, healthy and able-bodied, we don't have time to think about these things.Time passes and we reach the adulthood of 50. We have families, our own lives, our own responsibilities. We often don't understand our aging parents. The reason they call and repeat certain things repeatedly annoys us.We don't think about the fact that they don't want to break the thread that connects them to the people they love most. Our elderly parents want us to remember their voice so they can be heard and understood. As you get older without even realizing it you become invisible.Age is the only individual trait. Very rarely do we say he is an engineer or she is an accountant, a doctor, a teacher. Most often we say she is 70, he is 80 age is the only achievement. One forgets what he was after a certain age. Few are those who can say what the man was, what he did.Friends or colleagues are either sick or not alive. Social contacts stop after retirement.Children do not live with them they are only heard from by phone. They can only visit if they have called in advance because the young ones are busy now...The block they live in is inexorably filling up with new neighbours. The new neighbours only know about the elderly the number of the flat they live in and their age. Two numbers and nothing more. This type of people are boring and annoying and therefore should not be paid attention to.The bad thing is that what weighs more than the years are the things the elderly share in the brief moments of revelation .Or when we choose to notice them rather than ignore them.Independence is lost - if they are healthy as the years go by there comes a time, when some other person makes important decisions that affect the lives of the elderly. If we notice these people, if we pay attention to them, it turns out that there is something to learn from them. For example, how to live through these "golden years" without fear, but with dignity. If old age is not to become a ridiculous parody of our lives, there is only one remedy - the pursuit of goals that give mean
15 aspects of human behaviour that are set in childhood Childhood is not just the funny baby faces, the first baby steps and the funny baby thoughts. The strength of a woman Hello to all users . The things of life in different periods of each of us,sometimes lead us to reflections and questions that we ask ourselves. A woman's strength... we often ask ourselves if we are strong enough, if we will make it, if we are doing the right thing, if... A daily question hidden deep within us... What is a woman's strength after all? Love, the man beside her, children, careers, friendships, dreams... How many of us gather in the evening... in a warm embrace, over a glass of red wine, in the hectic whirlpool of memories... in a sliced apple, in the melody of a favorite song, in the longing for closeness, in the fleeting glance at the clock that it's too late to have a little time to ourselves again,in the last mischief of our children, in the red high shoes we didn't wear today... but vow for tomorrow... in the cinnamon breath that reminds us of our mothers and the safest place in the world? What is our strength? In forgiveness, in love, in the shed tear, in the insecure smile,in the sex appeal, in the mask? Are we showing how strong we really are? Above all, to ourselves, to that timid little girl in us , who still runs, falls, gets up and even with scraped knees goes on! Do we hide our fragility , because we are afraid of being thought weak? We may not believe that we are strong , but each of us is fighting our own little battle , our belief that we will make it , that this time we will succeed... And I believe we will! Look for the strength in yourself , look for it ! It is there ! There ... deep inside, even in the moments when we cry, even when the heart bursts with pain, even when no one understands us ... we come together ... in a dream, in a rose, in an I love you !
When a woman is neglected I'm going to tell you a life story that a friend of mine shared with me. The name of our heroine is Iva. So, she was living with her husband and eldest son in their home. iva was an economist and worked privately in her home. Being a good housekeeper during the holidays, she cleaned and kept her home clean, neat and cozy. Every day she got up early, walked the dog - then prepared breakfast for her son and husband. during the break she did the shopping, washed the dishes that the men had not even cleared off the table. The bond between father and son was strong, but they thought housework was a woman's job. They didn't realize that Iva also worked and took care of the home they lived in. so time passed in Iva's daily routine, which was repetitive. At some point she realized that the people close to her treated her like an appendage. there was a lack of respect. That day started out as usual for iva, but it was special. they were having their marriage anniversary. she made sure that the dinner she prepared was special. she set the celebratory table and waited for the men to return. When they arrived - her husband asked her what the occasion was for arranging her celebration dinner. At that moment, iva's eyes darkened. she pulled the tablecloth from the table and heard the sound of breaking dishes. The muttering of her son and husband that she had spoiled a fine meal. Iva was not herself. she went to the station and boarded the first train. she was alone in the compartment, but it was not long before a man entered the compartment. she heard a familiar voice: "Iva are you? "It was her colleague Veselin. years ago they worked together in the same company. he was on his way to the villa near the city. he got divorced and wanted to change his environment. "Where are you going? " Vesko asked her. - I don't know, was Iva's reply. The train had stopped,he took my hand and said: - Come with me,please. Two unforgettable days passed like in a fairy tale with Vesko. Iva remembered what it was to be a desired and loved woman. On the third day they had to go home. The new week had started and they were at work. Iva knew very well that this would not happen again. She went home and saw two sad and abandoned men. their home was tidy and clean. Life went on as normal, but housework was no longer just women's work.
