what signs determine a bear market? decline in price. that's it. that's the basic definition. we can add to this general FUD, which can contribute further to price decline. in an relatively unproven market like the many overlapping bubbles of crypto, price decline in some assets *CANNOT HELP BUT CONTRIBUTE TO THE DECLINE OF OTHERS* regardless of true value. this is a valuation game at its core, and seeing someone dumping their bag of value (the one just like yours) when you're not exactly sure why it had value in the first place can be QUITE SCARY. but we have more metrics than this ape-like behavior mirroring. i'd like to point out one small piece of analysis, pictured below. look at the amount of xMIST minted recently. 20 million plus. off the chart in fact. someone's bullish. and continuing the trend of my recent posts, SmartBCH tokens (the good ones) have stabilized in price denominated in BCH. USD (read: fiat) is only one piece of the tapestry. final note: the recent xMIST mint is not large compared to the history of the DEX, but it is a *strong* signal of confidence in the current circumstance. image captured from --> https://analytics.mistswap.fi/bar
