Red Rainfall🔴🌧️ The air is already getting stronger here and I'm actually nervous that sea levels will rise because we live near the beach. A new text has been sent to me by the NDRRMC so we're already at signal number one. I'm really hoping that it won't flood again on what happened yesterday because there were a few people that went missing, drowned or stranded because of the flash flood. It also affected the live stocks of people like pigs, chickens and cows that drowned during the flood.
