Signal #2 of Bagyong Paeng🌀 It's starting to flood here at our barangay so we're just gonna stay alert if the water keeps rising. I do know that town will be knee high or waist high flooded again because of the heavy rain and since the town is a low area too dirt/mud from the mountains will slide down and make the streets muddy.
