Hello Noisers 🥳 I'm back with a food trip. This is just a humble food but very delicious for me. It is sardines with egg added with onion and garlic.

Fast food increases weight of human body. I think that Egg considers as fast food.

  It's not a fast food because I cook it myself. Fat for for me is those foods you cna buy at the fast food restaurant.
