I saw some mini cloud cakes on Instagram from a cafe called Kraving K. They are mini chiffon cakes I believe but they are super fluffy and soft, hence their name. They also come in different flavors. ❤️ I got so inspired to recreate them so I got some mini chiffon cake molds at a local baking supplies store. I flavored my cake batter with vanilla, butter, strawberry and matcha. I don't have matcha right now but what I do have is matcha latte mix, I'm nervous of how it's going to be because it looked different from the rest. 😅 I hope they turn out good. 🥰
