Street dog
stray dogs are one of the main problems of motorists like me on the road. also one of the reasons for so many road accidents. I travel to work every day and home. I am always afraid to travel. because there are so many dogs on the road. and when there is an accident due to the dog no one owns the dog.
oh then where is the rider's justice? If only with caution we are always careful. but it really can't be avoided sometimes the dogs just cross it all of a sudden especially when they are chasing. I experienced a dog collision. My motorbike is still moving about 30 meters, but I'm not out of balance. and I am no longer an accident ... Should our government do anything? Because there is also a law on animals. We cannot just hurt animals. They must deal with such a problem on the road. I posted this because our government does not seem to know about those who have accidents / deaths due to dogs. but when the dog is hit, the person has a case immediately. What do you think guys?

You are right dude street dogs 🐕 are the one of the main problem There should be a safety for both motorbike rider and street 🐕 We should also slow down the speed of bike
Every lives matter. It may sound unfair to man, but that's the policy we have. I pity the dog and I pity the man too.
I feel bad for street dogs that roam around the street everyday fighting for to stay alive despite their homeless situation but I also feel bad for those affected by road accidents caused by stray dogs. I wish the government would feel the compassion towards both sides. Give enough attention to dog shelters to minimize accidents like the one you experienced :<
In my honest and humblest opinion, blame the dog owners for not using dog lash on their pets. It is an responsibility for all dog owners to keeps their "dogs with breed or not" in their houses. Additional, the local authority in the area must regulate the "anti dog parking" in the highway to help motorists away from stray dogs that are jaywalking on the middle of highway/road. Hope you got my idea.
yes you are right there is no one to blame but the owner of the dog. the problem is that no one owns a dog when it has an accident. and the government here in the Philippines has no action. those who do not care
The bad thing is when you "accidentally" hit their dogs (strayed), they will sue you.
That i s why every dog owner should be responsible. Make sure they are well fed, because dogs usually roam because they are looking for food. Or at least put them on leash. I have 4 dogs but i never let them roam around the streets. They stay on our frontyard because i don't want them to get hurt and also to not cause any accidents.
They really should be responsible for taking care of their dogs .. the others just let their dogs roam everywhere. and when it comes to the road and when motorists have had an accident because of the dog no one owns the dog.
