Knuth v0.4.0 - Pre-release Announcement (ASERT inside)

The Knuth team is pleased to announce the pre-release version 0.4.0. This pre-release includes the following features and fixes: Implementation of aserti3-2d: the new difficulty adjustment algorithm which will be activated on November 15, 2020. https://gitlab.com/bitcoin-cash-node/bchn-sw/bitcoincash-upgrade-specifications/-/blob/master/spec/2020-11-15-asert.md Some minor fixes and code style improvements. We have carried out the necessary tests to guarantee the correct operation of this new algorithm both in local environments and also in a new **testnet** created for this purpose. Various infrastructure projects and people participate in this testnet, including: BCHD Bitcoin Cash Node Bitcoin Unlimited Bitcoin Verde Electron Cash Flowee Knuth We are happy with this achievement, which was the result of the collective effort of many people and projects in recent months.
