Until now, the condo unit we rented in Mandaue City is giving us a headache. Ate @syrahjean called to relay the current situation. Why do this lady, whom we thought the owner, is such a pain in the ass? We just recently found out she is not the real owner. And the cousin of the real owner went to the unit telling us to no longer pay the lady and cancel the checks instead. So how am I going to cancel the five post-dated checks I issued? Another problem. Ahh, I need medicine for this, preferably salary. 😆 But seriously, this lady was very adamant to pay her two days before the scheduled payment. She would say "the other tenant is okay if I ask for the payment a week before the schedule. You, on the other hand, are just two days and you wouldn't give me." That's why I decided to make post-dated checks as our mode of payment from October 2021-July 2022 so she would stop bugging us until the end of the contract. But I guess my decision backfired. 🤦‍♀️
