It's unprofessional to just 🆗 react to work-related messages, especially the instructions. I'm not sure if it's just me being overly sensitive, but I find it irritating to look at it as time goes by. As for today, my messages are like these: "Hello, Luffy. Good morning. We will have our meeting once you're done checking the documentation. If you can finish it this Friday, then we'll set the meeting for next week. Product categories that need to be changed are ..." 🆗 "If you can't finish it on Friday, let me know. Also, you can change right away the documentation if it has missing nonbreaking spaces, typos, and such. As for the images, kindly note them." 🆗 It feels like I'm talking to myself. I've been telling myself that she's still new and I need more time to adjust. But...there are times for the whole day, I only receive 🆗 react. So when I dropped a series of instructions last week, she just 🆗 react to all of it. After a few hours, she replied with something...that's when I snapped and told her that I thought she understood everything because of the emoji. It's kinda frustrating on my part to reprimand a team member who's 8 years older. I dunno how am I going to work with this kind of behavior or personality. Maybe it's the age gap... Ugh, I don't know. I need more patience and understanding. Breathe...
