My keyboard was not functioning a while ago. Mark was teasing me to request a MacBook and I was like, "No way!". I even checked the external keyboard but it wouldn't type except for the Windows key and CTRL T. I decided to turn it off maybe it just needs some restart. After 2 hours, to no avail, it was still not working. I turned on the on-screen keyboard and googled "Keyboard is not working."
