I plan to sleep after sunrise. I'll work overtime because workloads are piling up because of the launch on October 20. Also, my team member is still adjusting. She's new to web development, but in checking documents, she's very thorough. My only concern is that she's always behind the deadline. I have decided to give feedback after the launch and will observe her performance for two weeks.
