I get to taste Beef Pares and Beef Kinalas here in General Trias City. But my heart went ops to the Bicol Express—the main star. The owner of the eatery is a Bicolano but they didn't make it burning with spiciness because people in the area are not used to an extra spicy viand. I miss my Mom's Bicol Express. 🌶️🥵
