I saw this on Facebook, and this cracks me up! A hundred percent bullseye! My college days had been full of Mathematics, and here I am, getting dependent on the calculator techniques. My boyfriend, who never had a review and loves to manually and/or mentally calculate, is still confused why I'm so dependent on my calculator. He would always say that I should practice mental calculation, and I would explain that I can mentally calculate but my mind and hand would automatically look for and grab my calculator first. Also, I would end up checking it if I mentally calculate it first. My review instructor said that we, reviewers, should never trust our manual calculation. If we become dependent on our calculator, then that means we are ready for the board exam. Hahahahaha! It was planted down on my core. I ended up bringing my calculator wherever I go like my bag is incomplete without it. 🤣🤣🤣
