There's a big fire in one of the Power corporations, and the whole region of Visayas is affected by this total blackout. Also, here in Cebu, it's raining. Not totally sure if the fire is the cause. Anyway, a combination of blackout and rain is not a good sign in my hometown. It's a red alert already.
