Yesterday, Antoni and I planned to go to Tagaytay if it still rains today. However, we both received a message from NDRRMC that Cavite is on alert signal #3. I really want to go and have a coffee there so I have something to write (hihi). I'd love to experience a freezing cold and foggy Tagaytay, but I guess we'll just postpone it and go there if it's just normal rain, not a typhoon.
