Until now, I'm still stressed about our lost Memorandum of Agreement. Last night, I was discussing with my friend about our lost MOA. The branch head points out that the MOA is from my friend. However, she didn't receive it since my friend argued that she only received other pertinent documents. Before we started, they claimed that they didn't receive the Endorsement Letter when we rechecked our submitted documents. Two months later, I found it on the scratch. I also asked my friend if this is our endorsement letter, and she said that I luckily found it. Additionally, I even told her that if she said it to my supervisors. Good thing she doesn't say it, since we don't want them to fall under the conclusion that they don't double-check.
