My mother made Maja Blanca yesterday. Maja Blanca is a Filipino dessert commonly known as coconut pudding. It is a Filipino adaptation of the Spanish dish Manjar Blanco. Gelatinous, thick and creamy dessert made from coconut milk and cornstarch. Common version usually has corn kernels. I'm not sure if the cheese is normally included , but my mom told me to put some haha. If you wanna try it look for the recipe online. This photo kinda looks like a cassava cake , since it kinda turned out yellow bec of the corn 🤣😂
