CASSAVA CAKE Cassava Cake is made from grated cassava, milk and sugar. Another trivia, did you know that Tapioca, yes that round jelly in your taho or that chewy black pearl in your milktea are made from cassava starch. The Cassava rootcrop is originally from Portugal. This was our small business before but we stopped as making it is more expensive than selling it. If given the chance, I would continue this.
