Why Love Ends Quickly
There was a retired teacher I knew. The man is in love with his car… He washed, wiped, cleaned, caressed it every day. But he would not drive his car even when he was going to the bazaar, he would get on the city bus. One can fall in love with objects, objects. There are many people in love with their vineyards and gardens. The boy hijacked his father's car and crashed his car. The incident is passed on to the father. The man's first reaction was "Did something happen to the car?" is happening. It is easier to fall in love with objects, objects, things. Falling in love with people is difficult and troublesome. Because you can easily handle inanimate beings, you use them, you break them, you pour them, but they do not object to you. But are people like that? When you fall in love with a person, demands, wishes, desires, wishes and wishes begin immediately. Man is a demanding being. For this some people never fall in love with people.
They fall in love and bond with things. It is easy to handle things, to use. But you cannot handle people easily. Due to human nature, he always wants to be a master. It is easy to be a master of things, but being a master of people is difficult, troublesome. Here the trick starts here. You fall in love with a person and immediately try to dominate him, to be his master. It was easy to control things, or you want to objectify the person you fell in love with immediately. A couple came to me for therapy. The young man started to use words indicating that he was supervisor, leader, authority as he entered my side. “Sir, I graduated from two universities. I have read all the books about your profession. I am a self-developed person, ”he said. A typical narcissist profile… He has been married for 3 years and has a 1-year-old son. The woman has now left her home because of this man and went to her father's house. Now, if she comes to the psychologist and gets treatment, the woman will come back. "How do you feel with your wife?" I asked the woman. “Sir, I feel like an item, like that bag,” she said. Here some
spouses try to objectify their spouse in order to be master. It starts from here in conflict. These couples, who got married after 5-6 years of dating, divorce after a month. There is not much objectification during the dating and engagement period. But when the marriage takes place, both parties begin to put pressure on the other and to make him belong. Then he came to us and said, “Sir, there is a tissue incompatibility between us. We cannot get along, we will divorce ”they say. But if this master-slave relationship takes place, the marriage will go on blindly. The wife of a retired officer was coming to therapy. The man made the woman a complete slave. During this time the man died. The woman came to me for therapy a few days later. **“Sir, I have never been this happy. The man is dead… I got rid of the man. There is no longer someone who criticizes me, swears or shouts from morning to night.** "I did not sleep until the morning, joyfully, the day he died." The easiest way to turn a person into an object or an object is torture, torture, and destruction. First, all his freedom is taken away. The more a partner accepts, the higher the dose. After a while, you will have a slave. You too will experience the painful pleasure of satisfying your ego. Unconscious marriage speeds up this process. For this, western societies have now removed marriage from their lives. That's why people fall in love with animals, things and cars. It is easy to handle them, to manage them. But man has mind, he has freedom.
Therefore, it is difficult to manage people. If you start going through this vicious cycle, so will love and love will end. But it changes if you really love it. Real love, what is love? True love; It is to give the other person the freedom to be himself. If you set him free, let him be your own, that relationship lasts for life. When you act like that, you can't have it. You cannot master him. You cannot dominate it. Nothing is guaranteed. Everything can change at any time. If you can bear all this, you can find true love, true love, true peace. Don't try to change, objectify, and possess your spouse, child, mother, father and loved ones. Do you ever go out to the garden and say to the cherry tree, **"You must be a plum tree"**? If you accept every person as they are and let them express themselves freely, you win.
An Introspection of a Shattered Blockchain Poet
Some former comrades were shocked when they saw it, publishing things I knew nothing about. You are known not for cash and fine technology, but for poetry and composition. But an artist must eat, a writer must have a roof over his head.
Honestly, I am here for cash as most of us are. There is no shame about this. I am an ignorant joker about technical discussion. It takes me like two readings of the post, studying the explanations, before I understand what they mean when they say, liquidity pool, cross-chain claim, or something with that effect.
I need cash. I need this to allow me to explore and encounter my body, my reality, before I leave. I prefer not to keep it in a safe so I can take care of it. I don't need expensive stuff. I just have to get rid of fighting, not being able to afford the most basic things. It may seem silly to admit that I will explore such freedom in the blockchain space, but this is the cheapest opportunity approach I know of.
I don't care about keeping other people's money. I have never had the pleasure of being the person that individuals come to represent various things in someone else's work. I love being gifted with only the real things of life - psychological well-being, true well-being, exuberant state, this attracts the splendor and monstrosity of life. If we were living on a planet where we bargained for food and clothing, that wouldn't have had any effect on me.
Since I have been on this blockchain for over three years now, I have hardly ever earned cash or done anything here while purchasing coins. I've fought, pinched, contributed, every day and every time I write a sonnet to endure or write a story to share here (here, as a rule, I mean the hive chain), I do this to guarantee there is food tomorrow and what's more, every day I have to face every Nevertheless, there is food that will keep the entrance open so that the way to find opportunities remains in front of me.
There are rich people here. People who are boring and scratching to get everything they have now. There are people who have lived, misled, deceived in order to reach where they are now. There are people who are curious, essentially buying their stakes as a kid with another toy. Are we looking for very similar things as a whole? No.
When I joined the blockchain space for the second time in December 2017, I realized it was a riot. I realized that being a part of the good day implies something. In my mind, I saw a future where individuals came back to these events in astonishment, and when they noticed the names of people doing amazing tasks from code, Oh, this person? I know it. We were in a similar friction channel. Do you mean elegant, woman? God, it facilitated probably the best show in those days. Nobody will remember that I came here nervously, not even me. I live in this time of fantasy by making a good attempt to get myself out of the mud.
Those who sell and accept weak hands or essentially have cash and extra tolerance will buy and entertain. Since crypto instructs me to play the long game, I'll hodl. I will hold you tight, as I am forever trying to free myself from relying on another person's tolerance.
However, what happens after the airdrop is very impressive. Individuals with identities will bring their own colorful assumptions to a clean code perspective. They will need it. They will want. They will crave and be hungry for progress and abundance as they expect the crypto to be that simple. They will release a few, take a few. It will be equivalent to yesterday and the other day.
I have no idea. Does this shift to decentralized account space mean giving up appetite and thirst? I have no idea. I'll just strive like never doing it consistently with the little thing I have. I will not buy or mislead. I will squeeze until I run out of stock or repeat.
It's a kick against the way of confinement between projects in the blockchain space in a more unstable and uncontrolled way. This is not an MOU type of sign. This made the ball roll. It's like getting in or being abandoned.
In order to stay important in this new world we are making, I have to figure out how to use new devices, no matter how much they are generally manufactured. I have to figure out how to control these new monetary frameworks. I must understand the inspirations of these new divine beings that we are making.
Individuals who bought the Bitcoin dream ahead of schedule, got stronger on their own. For those of us who arrive in the hours of altcoins when the whole real abundance of the blockchain space seems to have been discovered, I am in a great position to be found very well if there is the abundance you want. in code. You just need to look at your point of view and change your point of view.
The opportunity will come for me and tomorrow for those who fear. Will finance bring this opportunity or do we really need to pause? I don't have the slightest idea yet, I'll try. I'll take a good attempt and if I'm successful, I'll tell you another story, and this time it will be giggles and melodies, wonderful birds and life, bundles of life.
My Jar of Happiness
***We are in a very different process for all of us since March 2020.*** Some of us ruled well, some of us wondered what to do, some of us collided with their lives, some of us got tired, and it is a fact that we all but all of us are in a completely different period that we have never encountered before.
Mine passes with ups and downs. It is a process where I observe other versions of myself by saying that one day is terribly good, one day terribly depressed, one day moving, the other day without purpose, and observing life from another window.
Meanwhile, my agenda is different again. I embarked on something called the ***"Jar of Happiness"*** made by the Japanese. I had intentions for 2 years, but it was this time. Jar of Happiness is as follows: You write a little note about a happiness you have experienced every day on a piece of paper and throw it into the jar. You read at the end of 365 days, and even if we think we have an unhappy life, when you look at the jar, you see that it is not exactly like that at all. There are moments when we are happy, and there will always be. So far, the reflection on me is as follows: I have been reviewing every day before going to bed, and I also understand how mundane the moments when I am happy are moments that I will not notice during the day. It provides a great awareness, I recommend it to all of you.
Due to the Jar of Happiness, putting my head on the pillow every night and thinking about what I did during the day and how I spent my day has started to stretch me recently. At night, my days are empty and meaningless. I started to experience panic. Every night **"Alas! I couldn't do anything significant today ”** I turned around with great stress.
However, I had a lot of stuff on hand. I had bought a lot of things that would distract myself, add something. It's so much when you say, hold the pen, hold the rope, hold the rope, millions of books, hold the books to the balance board. In fact, if I did all of them, there would be too many things to do during the day, in my day.
Sometimes I feel inside of me and touch them all. Sometimes I don't feel like it, I don't look at their faces.
But I saw that even though I touch my toys, I still cannot rest my head on the pillow at night. Again, I am not satisfied with myself, with my day.
**At this point, I was awake.**
How your day passed was directly proportional to what you did, not the number of things you did, but what you felt.
**Question:** **Am I satisfied with the day I spent today?**
**Question:** **What do I need to feel satisfied with my day?**
These two questions you read above came right after. **Remember:** ***Questions get bigger, bigger.***
What opened this window to me was the panic, anxiety and boredom I go to bed every night. I think our elders did not say in vain: "Tight life is good, not dead". In today's world, even though we are running away from boredom at full speed, when you get bored and bored, people definitely find a way out of that squeeze with the survival instinct.
As you can see, I was very tired of my nights ending like this. I started looking: Does it satisfy me to laugh or do something with fun? What if I have a quality chat with someone? If I just dream today, would I be satisfied with my day, myself? Search with lots of questions like these. What they all have in common is for my feelings. Because I have seen that the activities you try to do, such as tasks just to spend the day full, never work. Even people get colder than them when they do self-loading like a task where they enjoy it.
For example, what if I listen to those dear birds that constantly chirp at any time of the day? I don't do anything else either. Will I be satisfied? I think I will be satisfied with the best quality! Even if you do something, the quality of it and the way it addresses you is very important, not the number of things you do.
**I understand. Thank God I got it.**
**Now, continue right here.**
**Where are you in your life these days?**
Ignored Emotions Are Making Us Sick
Especially in recent years, when we go to the doctor, there is a sentence we hear frequently: "**You have nothing**" he said, "**It was psychological.**" Unless we can express and solve the psychosocial or emotional problems in our life, all this negative load that cannot go out manifests itself with bodily symptoms. Unexpressed negative emotions, uncompensated intense stress can literally displace and manifest themselves as pains, nausea, and tension.
The most common **migraine**, **fibromyalgia**, skin conditions (***allergies, shingles***) are mostly psychosomatic. In such cases, we usually think that we are sick and start seeking medical help. Sometimes medication is prescribed, and sometimes the doctor refers to a psychiatry or psychologist, because not all complaints are based on a physical problem.
The congestion in our inner world manifests itself physically as we suppress it, cannot see it or face it, which is actually good. They are the signals your body gives to save you. When these signals are ignored, research shows us that psychological disturbances such as depression and anxiety are added to physical complaints. In many studies, a history of recurrent major depressive disorder was found in 2/3 of the cases with medically unexplained symptoms such as chronic fatigue, pelvic pain, chest pain, chronic back pain, tinnitus, and irritable bowel syndrome.
**When can emotions cause a physical problem?**
Let's say you had an unwanted event at work, you got angry with your boss, but at such a moment that you don't say anything. Although not a single word comes out of your mouth, thoughts continue to speak in your mind, you become increasingly angry. As you get angry, you involuntarily clench your jaws, maybe clench your hands or close at your desk where you are. Even the possibility of seeing your boss every time you go to work reminds you of anger and your jaw twitches again, your face hangs, and you spend the whole day working at your desk. The moment you go home and sit, you feel intense pain in your body, and as this situation continues, those pains become chronic and cause health problems.
In some cases, we feel like our hands are tied, and although our inner voice keeps telling us negative things, we try to continue our lives as if there is no problem from the outside. Ignoring and devaluing our own feelings or our real strength has an effect as if we have taken a harmful microbe to our body. When a negative emotion or a thought attacks your internal system over and over again, if you cannot find a way to get rid of the negative, it will make you sick like a microbe and your body will try to remove it through diseases. Of course, it is an inevitable fact that this is more painful.
**How can we get rid of negative emotions and thoughts before they turn into illness?**
You may have all these pains, or you may have gone to the doctor and referred to a psychiatrist-psychologist. Know that it is not too late for a solution. First of all, what you need to do is to notice what emotions you feel in which situation. You can get help from your body for this. It's like what happens when you feel heaviness, your heart is squeezed, or you have a headache? You feel stuck, overwhelmed or maybe helpless, maybe all of this makes you angry, maybe upsetting you. It is possible to express all these feelings by writing. Write without taking the pencil off the paper and asking yourself whether this is true.
The second step is to identify when and how often all these emotions arise when you have accumulations within you. Maybe it always appears in the same place or always in the same person, now is the time to discover it.
In the third step, we roll up our sleeves to find safe alternative ways for yourself. You can get rid of our accumulated anger by doing sports, you can write what we cannot say or you can find solutions for yourself. ***Do not forget to seek professional support when you cannot find a solution and need assistance.***
We Need To Feel Valuable
We make an outer assumption to be important deliberately or subliminally. In spite of the fact that my worth isn't a conduct I see from an external perspective, yet how I feel and characterize myself, every one of us has a material meaning of significant worth. What's more, I'd simply say check whether this definition serves you.
**Does material worth add to me and the other party? Furthermore, does it cause me to feel fulfilled?** I'll investigate.
At the point when somebody slights me, it is the duty of the other party. What I feel is my obligation. The universe offers you encounters. My value is the way I get it. I take a gander at the commitment and the advantage it has made for me. Since nothing comes uneven. It accompanies an entirety. For the great, the awful.
Indeed, it causes me to feel significant when I wear a costly pack. Yet, is this material worth the impact of private enterprise, or is it truly coming from the center?
You are a spirit regardless of anything else. Furthermore, your substance needs to remain in affection, in otherworldliness. Worth is otherworldliness. At the point when you feel rich inside, this is considered the outside. It streams effectively, without exertion.
Worth is straightforwardly corresponding to the cognizance of presence. It's about how you complete life.
I put on a $ 5 thousand sack and said, "**Imagine a scenario in which the red is excellent as well, should I purchase that as well?**" When I say, one should scrutinize its worth.
***I think the worth;***
It is to have the option to say, "**I'm finished and entire with everything.**" It is having the option to secure your self. The worth is to have the option to live up to their desires from within, too.
It is the awareness of nonappearance that causes you to feel useless. It is the declaration of the necessities you feel lacking. You were made finished and great. At that point recollect this please.
On the off chance that you need to feel esteemed; acknowledge your completion and respectability. Limit your assumptions. Uselessness is to be continually deprived from an external perspective. The more things an individual requirements, the more useless he feels. As the outer need diminishes, the worth increments.
Embrace all your selfs. In the event that you feel fruitless, embrace where you have been effective.
Your value can never be estimated by anything material. Let it be known.
Your worth isn't another person's demeanor to you. Continuously recollect this.
Go before the mirror and say your number one characteristics so anyone might hear and add: "**I'm valuable.**"
Above all, stay at "**No**" if there is no, and stay at "**Yes**" if yes. Be inside referred to as opposed to remotely referred to. Quit looking at.
My Brain Keeps Telling Stories: Memories and Time
My brain is always busy with stories these days. **How are memories stored in our brains? Have you ever thought?** The way neuroscience has traveled in studies of memory is extraordinary. But the transformation of memory into memory works on another level. Only some of the sensations that reach your brain during the day are kept in memory, these are filtered and a small part can be recorded. This recorded part can be recalled. While your brain is creating your memories, it cannot record the outside world as it is, but it perceives them with a integrity of many pieces of information and their coexistence at a certain time and forms its neuronal representation. Part of this representation is held in memory and recalled from memory to consciousness via the hippocampus.
The hippocampus is an important part of the brain involved in memory and orientation. All your memories are stored based on your location, time and "you", this is called "**autobiographical memory**". There is no autobiographical memory without the hippocampus.
Information from the outside world is first kept in short-term memory and the fate of this information is determined here: They will either be transferred to long-term memory or deleted from the record. Linguistic and cognitive features are also involved in the objects and representations in your mind. In order for the information in short-term memory to be transferred to long-term memory, it needs to be studied and repeated. The process of working on this is "**making sense"**. In order for an information to pass from short-term memory to long-term memory, it must be interpreted. The interpretation is directly related to your past experiences, current attitude and expectations.
It doesn't have to be repeated for something to become your memory. Some moments leave marks as if they were stuck in your brain. This memorable moment also pops up before you in places you have never been. What we call the moment is not a straight movie scene, but a story that you personally experience and that has changed emotions and chemistry, and you tell it to yourself. The visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory or tactile information of the memories stored in the emotional part of the memory and the feelings, thoughts and meaning relations that they arouse in you are strongly established and preserved in the depths of the long-term memory. When you experience a similar feeling in the future, the moment that moment appears in your mind involuntarily is due to the fact that the records are sealed with emotions.
The concept of time is very important in the formation of memory and memories. If there is no time, there is no memory. While defining your own existence, it is not possible for you to be independent from your past, that is, time. Here is the autobiographical memory, the story you tell yourself, likes to get stuck in the past. Autobiographical memory has a unique feature: it is addicted to childhood moments and pain. This memory persistently stores and often reminds painful and humiliating memories. Various associations reveal what is on guard in autobiographical memory.
As you can see from what I have told so far, you do not record anything as it is and remember exactly the same. Every moment that you remember, that you recall from your recordings, is actually being reconstructed by your brain. Because your brain is constantly telling a story. Whatever "**your**" feelings, attitudes, beliefs, values, meanings at that moment are, the brain rewrites the story accordingly. So recall is not independent of interpretation. Each recollection is an act of re-storytelling.
As you remember the past or plan for the future in the here and now, you are actually constructing them. Even though the events you have narrated are the same, memories are made sense of these events. So even though the event is the same, the recalled memory is now something else. This is why two people storing the same event is different. A story that is remembered with the title of "being a victim" for some, can be interpreted as "**survival**" by another. Thus, the same event is a different story in different people. For this reason, the past can change, can be changed.
As a result, the person you are right now is directly related to the story your brain tells. What does the story your brain tells you say? Is this story about how unsuccessful, unlucky, incompetent, incompetent, unimportant you are, or is it anything else? Here, psychological counseling is a very effective method to reconsider, realize and reshape the story your brain tells. I end my article with the following quote. Stay with health and love.
I Experience Being Human Every Time I Breathe
Last night suddenly I was like: "**Well, maybe there is no such thing as learning to be human?**" Lately, I noticed that I frequently used the following sentence in friendly conversations: "**I learn to be human in this life**". Every information I was surprised in terms of personal development, interesting reactions and morbidities I discovered myself; everything was taking me to this sentence.
In other words, what I call "**I am learning**" is not actually stepping into and approaching certain, generally accepted human limits? But being human didn't have a single line either?
Was it not actually to learn to be human, to go through the experiences in the soul and the human body, to observe them, to use human qualities to be comfortably in life? And all this did not have a single line either. The line was unique to each person. Thinking that a line existed and trying to get into it was, in fact, inexperienced.
I mean, "If I were like this, I would have learned to be human, if I were like that I would be one step closer to being human", wouldn't it be to put yourself in patterns determined before you rather than learning to be human? There was no such moment anyway. How was waiting for that moment different from the mouse running on the treadmill waiting for the end of the road?
With certain patterns, you didn't learn to be human, but you were just trying to fit into certain patterns. How I have overlooked this situation lately… I knew it, I forgot. Now I remember again. Maybe I'll forget it again after a while, and then re-discover it in the next step. Isn't that just one of the most peculiar qualities of being human? Forget, remember, forget, remember
Isn't it about being human to understand and perceive every moment, every experience, every moment? This was not something to be learned, it was just something to be experienced. To say good-bad or as such, human-being-not human when it is like this was not more than classification. Being human was beyond adjectives. Being human was anytime and anywhere you breathe.
**In fact,** being a human was just as if you had one more eye in the distance and you were watching yourself from that eye, that is, to watch yourself from a silent witness, to witness yourself from a place without judgment and compassion without putting yourself in any pattern. Lately, I have not been able to settle into my moments easily, I cannot let myself go. Sometimes I even spend my whole day worrying, "Alas, I'm spending my day empty, I'm not doing anything significant". I see that there is no time left to worry about that day anyway. I thought I couldn't experience being human in those days of anxiety, because I just stood. Oh no… I have experienced the most anxious side of being human, the side that observes how my life can take shape if worry is put in the middle of life.
Everything was about people at all times. There was no learning to be human, but just living to be human. And a last note to myself: You don't have to be learning everything in life. Just let yourself live and live. Please. How many human moments will be lived then.
The Key to Personal Development is Hidden in My Dreams
I discovered something very nice these days. People often argue that they believe only what they see. But sometimes they prefer to see what they believe. When some of our habits become automatic, we cannot properly evaluate what we see. During the day we look at the same picture, everyone prefers to see what they believe. My dreams begin to change as the perception of what we see in daily life changes.
As we develop our potential and expand our perspectives, we may realize that the symbols and general flow of our dreams change.
Analyzing our dreams and realizing what we are going through while awake also helps us to understand that our dreams have changed. If we are unaware of our dreams, then it will be difficult for us to understand what is going on or to witness that they are different.
Our dreams are an important part of our personal growth. It is valuable information that reflects the situations we cannot understand and cannot see while awake, and the question marks in our minds, while we are asleep.
**A dream is to be in an unconscious window. Young children also dream big. Dreams wake up when we sleep.**
**Grillparzer**
The way to be healthy and balanced individuals is through understanding ourselves and recognizing the guidance of our guides, rather than understanding the lives of others or solving them. Dreams are also more active for people who understand this. We can only believe that there are other alternatives than what we see or believe, only when our ego, anxiety, and fears are far from us. These moments are the sleep process. During the sleep process, we breathe and exhale with diaphragmatic breathing, and we free ourselves from the restrictions and beliefs that limit us while awake.
Sometimes our counselor who shows the way out even though we have no intention is our dreams. Dreams can serve as a key that tries to enlighten our path, by reminding us of the same problem (emotion / behavior) or by reminding us of a symbol of the previous experience, the solutions of the moments that we cannot decide on in daily life.
**Dream is the aquarium of the night.**
**Victor Hugo**
Remembering the people you see while evaluating your dreams, the results of your previous experiences with them, and what they made you feel, indicates that you will repeat your choices with the same result, with the same feeling.
**While we wish you dreams with awareness, goodbye to meet in my next article.**
Going beyond Control of My Anger
Anger is an emotion that has the potential to teach us a lot about ourselves. Every emotion we humans have has a function. For example, when our boundaries are violated or when we are wronged, anger can help us protect ourselves if we can express our anger correctly. Don't you think anger is one of the biggest problems of our day? Anger is actually a perfectly normal and universal emotion seen in all people when properly managed. However, in most societies, anger is treated as if it was a wrong and ought not feeling.
There is a danger that uncontrolled anger can easily turn into physical or verbal violence. The main purpose in anger control; It is the ability to express one's emotions in a way that is far from aggression, does not contain violence, and does not harm the person around him or himself. So the important thing is that when we feel angry, we avoid engaging in destructive behavior because of our anger.
Some of us choose to suppress and ignore our anger because we think it will contradict the image we draw. Yet this is not a solution. The important thing in anger management is that we have the courage to analyze it without fear of our anger. Buddha, who is considered to be the world's first psychologist because he was one of the first people to study the structure of the mind in history, compares anger to an uncontrollable forest fire. According to the Buddha, uncontrolled anger has the feature of burning and destroying people very quickly, just like an out of control forest fire. So what can we do to control our anger?
***I'm breathing, I know the anger is here. I exhale, I know the anger is not me. I breathe, I know anger is not a pleasant feeling. I breathe out, I know this feeling will pass. I'm breathing, I'm calm. I exhale, I'm strong enough to deal with this anger.***
**- Thich Nhat Hanh.**
**When you are angry, be patient and don't take action.**
You were angry about an incident. You feel like a volcano ready to explode at any moment. Try to calm down before giving any sudden reaction you may regret later. Think of the technique I mentioned above and breathe without identifying yourself with your anger. If you have an intention to express to the person who is making you angry, how it makes you feel, don't do it without calming yourself. After you've calmed down, explain to the person who angered you in a clear, non-accusing way of how and why he made you angry. If the other person insists on not understanding you, do not extend the subject. Remember, some people will not understand us, no matter how calmly and patiently we approach things. Our task is to accept this reality and not allow those people to create even more anger in us.
**Don't feed your anger**
Observe your movements throughout the day for a week. Do you think you have a lifestyle that nurtures anger? For example, do you watch violent movies? Or are you having conversations with your friends that make you angry when you get together? Do you feel angry reading the malicious comments on social media? If this is the case, why would you think you live in a way that nurtures your anger? Perhaps you are self-sabotaging, and one of the ways you sabotage yourself is by putting yourself in situations that will often make you angry. As I mentioned at the beginning of my article, sometimes anger can be a useful emotion for us to protect ourselves. But if anger has taken over our lives, if we are constantly feeding our anger with our lifestyle, the alarm bells are ringing.
**Remember, reading articles on psychology, including my articles, can raise awareness for the reader. However, the main thing is that our awareness leads to positive behavioral changes. If you are a person who often gets angry and you feel that you cannot cope with your anger alone, do not forget to get support from us psychologists and learn how to deal with anger. I wish you days when you manage your anger well.**
Evolution of the Eye - Investigating a subject I am not an expert in
The 7th speech of the Toastmasters CC handbook asks the speaker to investigate a topic he is not an expert in, and explain it within 7 minutes, adding visuals and data. The aim here is that the speaker has a basic claim, research and data support this and a conversation emerges. I saw other examples made here and I decided to push myself a little bit more. I said, let me investigate the "evolution of the eye".
Why the evolution of the eye. First of all, there is a subject that gets deeper as we go into it, it has amazing sub-layers. As evolutionary biology describes the evolutionary process of any organ, you are astonished at the details that emerge. Here, for example, how wonderful it is to explain the evolution of the eye of today's human eye in stages from a single-celled light-sensitive creature… That's why we love science and support its spread.
Richard Dawkins explored this subject early in his career, even describing the transitions during the evolution of the eye for reasons. Again, I watched videos on youtube explaining the subject very well. I also tried to make the visuals clean and understandable. Thanks to my friend Rozanes who did almost all the work on this subject.
And again, a section with discussions and iterations. At the beginning of the conversation, I asked everyone to gather their "prejudices, established ideas, religious thoughts" and put them on the "shelf". Then I said "now I have an excellent audience in front of me, ready to listen to anything."
At the end of my speech, when I was doing this “package” move back that we had put on the shelf at first, I said “Stop! Imagine… If the package you put on this shelf is always there, when you encounter new people, new ideas and new structures, if this package is always outside, if you meet these innovations in your life with an open mind, would the world be a better place? "
The human eye is a great mechanism. It can detect anywhere from a few photons to direct sunlight, or change its focal point from the screen in front of it to the far horizon in a third of a second. In fact, the structures required for such incredible flexibility were once considered so complex that even Charles Darwin himself admitted that the idea that the eye evolved seemed as absurd as possible; but the evolution of the eye began more than 500 million years ago.
The eyes that look similar to cephalopods that have evolved independently have a forward-facing mesh layer that allows them to see without blind spots. The eyes of other creatures show different adaptations. Anableps, called four-eyed fish, have eyes divided into two sections for peering above and below the water. It is perfect for seeing both their predators and their prey. Classically nocturnal cats, cats evolved with a reflective layer. This layer maximizes the amount of light that the eye can perceive, providing excellent night vision as well as a cat eye glow. These are just a few examples of the wide variety of eyes in the animal kingdom.
If you could make an eye design, would you do it differently? This question is not that strange. Nowadays, doctors and scientists are researching different eye structures to design biomechanical implants to help the visually impaired. In the not too distant future, machines made with the precision and flexibility of the human eye could even go beyond its own evolution.
My Experience with Periscope
Hi, I've been trying a new app called Periscope for the past few weeks, I'm thinking. Let me briefly state, it is currently only released on iOS operating system, it is expected to come to Android, you can download and review. In short, you broadcast live to the world from your iPhone's camera, showing yourself, telling your ideas, showing the venues. Immediately after going live, people from various parts of the world who "***touch***" your broadcast at that moment connect and start watching what your camera sees. Communication is also a little different, the broadcaster speaks and the connected ones write. The screenshot looks like this, you can send a "***heart***" to the broadcasts you like by touching the screen.
Of course, every technological development is a result of previous advancements, 3G / 4G networks could not be Periscope unless 3G / 4G networks were capable of sending video. If they weren't in a sharing frenzy, Periscope wouldn't be happening again. But now all this has come true, and now is the time.
For a while, I have been traveling from branch to branch for 5 seconds, looking at what & where people share, we can categorize it as follows,
- People who point the screen at their face, don't say anything and say "let's ask me a question"
- People who are walking in various places, who want to introduce the place, say "look how beautiful this place is"
- Single homes, student houses, young people groups, those who want to broadcast their deer to the world
- The tigers on the hunt to see if we can get girls out of here,
- a short time, people have created their own original channels, but there are people who suddenly famous Periscope is one example, with participants making drawings, it gives people the creative process.
- Those who broadcast the invisible moments of famous people, the pre-concert hairdressing session, those behind the scenes of a news channel, the live broadcast of radio programs, the ones who have a TV program and talk to their fans on Periscope.
- Those who have something to say around a theme, those who broadcast in a short time, talk about the subject and direct their speech according to the immediate reactions... These are the ones with a master plan ..
- Those broadcasting a sports event, a social event, an accident, a live play of a piece of music, an art gallery tour. (Periscope's debut story was based on this idea, it was the idea that emerged during the Gezi events, they created two young Iranians and sold them to Twitter)
**- Sharing an expert presentation, a creative process on a topic and contributing from the participants**
In total, Periscope satisfies our desire to peek at other people's lives, reducing this curiosity to the screen of the phone we have. Where can it go from here? I think the business world will adopt this idea and it will be more effective as a way of delivering different contents to the general audience.
**I also plan to broadcast, but I will have a theme, it will have a certain period of time and it will be consumed there, so the incoming tracks, the ones that do not come, miss. Have fun…**
My 3 Months Experience with iPad
***About 3 months ago, I bought an iPad, thinking about where to place it in various electronic toys in my life.*** I did not buy the version with SIM card because it would not move, and I did not worry about the security features as I did not use it for my work. I was also wondering how to get along with iTunes, especially since it was an **Apple** product for the first time. It has been a while, I have had enough experience to make a short evaluation.
First of all, I would like to state that I agree with those who describe the iPad as a "**post-PC**" device. When we think of what the iPad offers with PC logic, we may be disappointed when we cannot do some easy operations that we always do, for example, if we have a USB port, we may want to move our files to where we want by drag-drop. However, we should not only access the files, but we should reevaluate the whole machine-human relationship with the iPad, think again and move forward.
About 1 year after the **iPad** was released, I watched a video made by **Apple**. In this video, one of the creative team of the iPad said that the iPad was used in some applications that they did not even imagine during the design phase, that it completely liberated the human imagination, and that it created miracles especially in the education of young children, children with communication problems. This may really be true because you can use the iPad as you imagine it. While in one game the screen is the steering wheel, in one game you act like a flat board and try not to drop the ball from the holes, in another game you have less than a second to free your finger from the guillotine.
I have two kids, 9 and 7 years old, it's fun to watch them interact with iPad. They are not conservative in the practice of using computers with wired mice and drag drop for example. How they learn with the iPad, they just put it in their brains, and they can easily apply what they learn in other ways. For example, my son can immediately get the first sense of physics rules by trial and error in an application related to high school physics experiments. Or my daughter likes applications with colored pencils. It is very enjoyable to watch.
I think the Flipboard application is one of the applications that reflects the spirit of the iPad the most. Doesn't one want to look at the twitter account or Facebook page like a magazine, and see the pages that the links reach on that page, great. I really congratulate whoever thought. I also had the opportunity to review and use some of my favorite applications with the ipad.
This is not a technical review article, so I don't want to go into issues like battery life, screen size. I am almost sure that in the coming years, it will find ways to access information and have fun in a completely different dimension with the iPad, including the population who could not get along with the PC. It also gives the chance to be a great celebrity & rich for the app writers. For example, there is still no one that can present the primary school curriculum as apps on the iPad, such a project would be great.
I also started reading books on the iPad, I think the paper will remain, but after a while 80% digital and 20% printed. I can't help but tell, e-books are very expensive. I think if bookstores consider not only the near term but even the medium term, they will reduce the prices and increase the transportation.
I intend to share my other experiences in order. See you...
