Dahil iisipin nun na she's not worth your time.
Without Compromise being true to the Faith • Belongingness is one characteristics of human nature that people manifest in their lives. Observing this, Maslow, a famous psychologist, included it in his diagram of the hierarchy organizations with his fellowmen to satisfy this particular need. However, if there is an even higher purpose in joining an organization, it should be for the aim of once again belonging to God - of being brought back to the Creator, the Almighty God. The Bible tells us, that because of sin, man has been seperated from God and considered by Him as His enemy, doomed to be destroyed by fire on Judgement Day. Thus, it is of utmost importance for a person to make sure that the organization he affiliates himself with serves the ultimate purpose of being brought back to God to receive salvation.
I dunno what to do 😔😭 *Sigh
Hello Hello Hello Goodevening. Im just new here. I hope we could be Friends. Thankyou.
Could I love you any more? 💪
Good Evening Friends. 💕 It's Dinner time.
Why does your Church expel members? • Expelling members of the Church has a biblical basis. Apostle Paul wrote the Christians, thus: "God alone sits in judgement on those who are outside. Drive out themat wicked one from among you [expel hin from your church]" (I Cor. 5:13, Amplifies Bible, emphasis ours). The Bible speaks only onebtrue Church of Christ (Col. 1:18; Rom. 12:4-5;Acts 20:28, Lamsa Translation). God wants thr true Church to reach perfection (Eph. 5:27) which cannot be achieved if there is someone among the members who has a wicked or preverse heart, such as one who "stirs up dissension". (Prov. 16:28, New International Version) - A desite thatvis "earthly, unspiritual (animal), even devilish (demonical)" (James 3:15, AMP). Moreover, Apostle Paul admonished the early Christians to "watch out for those who cause divisions" and to "keep away from them" (Rom. 16:17, NIV). And even from old, God commanded: "You must distinguish between the holy and the common, between the unclean and the clean.." (Lev. 10:10, Ibid). Hence, expulsion of such members from the true Church Of Christ is not only allowed, but even mandated by God. • PasugoAugust2015
Good Morning. Have a great day Everyone. I hope you're all doing fine.
nightynight everyone.
Is the Trinity Doctrine Biblical or Man-made? Is the Doctrine of the Trinity a man-made creed or is it truly a biblical doctrine? E. Calvin Beisner, writer in theology, posed this question in the preface to hia book, "God in Three Persons". The answer to this question can readily be duduced from his admission that "the word TRINITY is not found in the Bible". If this doctrine is not found in the Bible, obviously, it is man-made. However, the Trinitarians argue that although the concept of the Trinity was merely formulated by men, it is an accurate representation of the teaching of the New Testament (God in Three Persons, p.7) It behooves us then to examine the Trinity doctrine in the light of the Holy Scriptures. Is there really any teaching in the Bible that supports the concept of God having three distinct divine persons, namely, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit? The Bible tells us that sinvce the Beginning, the people of God have believed in a solitary God with no hint whatsoever that He is divided into three distinct beings. Moses, the Prophet of God, spoke to the Israelites and proclaimed: "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one!" (Dt. 6:4, New King James Version). In the Hebrew Bible which is also called The Old Testament, the Israelites recite twice daily the Shema in accordance with the rabbinic interpretation of Deuteronomy 6:7. The shema, Hebrew, "Hear [O Israel]," the first word of Deutoronomy 6:4, clearly reveals to us the strict monotheism upheld by Israelites. There is no doubt in their minds that there is only one true God. (Is. 46:9; Jer. 10:10) Jesus our Lord, when asked by one of the scribes, "What is the greatest commandment in the law?" being an Israelite, replied by affirming the oneness of God: "...The first of all the commandment is: "Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one'" (Mk. 12:29, NKJV) With regard to the identity of the one true God, Christ didactically emphasized in His mediatory prayer that it is the Father alone who should be recognized as the only true God. John recorded this statement of our Lord Jesus Christ in 17:1,3: ".. Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that you Son also may glorify you, .. And this eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." (Ibid.) Hiwever, in contrast to what was taught by Moses and Jesus Christ, Catholics and Protestants adhere to an ambiguous and confusing concept of God based on a crees ascribed to a certain Athahnasius. Part of the ao-called Athanasian creed reads: "And the Catholic faith is this: that we worship one God in Trinity, and Trinity in Unity; neithet confounding the persons, nor dividing the substance. For there is one person of the Father, another of the Son, and anothet of the Holy Ghost. But the Godhead of the Father, of the Son and another of the Holy Gjlhost is all one: the glory equal, the majesty coeternal. Such as the father is, such is the Son, and such is the Holy Ghost". (MccClintock and Strong Encyclopedia) The trinity doctrine, considered as sacrosanct by its adherents, is crucial to Catholic and Protestant theologians in explaining their view of God from the basic Judeo-Christian perspective. Although these theologians do not subscribe to Judaism's strict monotheism , they use the Old Testament in expounding their belief on the Trinity. This doctrine is so much ingrained into their theology. Consequently, voluminous writings were made in trying to explain the dogma. Books on systematic theology abound with critical analyses of the doctrine. However, is Trinity taught in the Holy Scriptures? Edmund J. Fortman, an author who discusses a historical study of the doctrine of the Trinity, says: "Catholic theologians today maintain that neither trinity or a plurality of divine persons is taught or revealed explicitly in the Old Testament." (The Triune God: A Historical Study of the Doctrine of the Trinity, p. 290) Explicitly or implicitly there is nothing in the Bible that teaches God as a Trinity. Catholic authorities further admit: "The word 'Trinity' does not appear in the New Testament; and the meanings of the words are uses to bear the message of God, had to be carefully refined to bear that message rightly." (The Teaching of Christ: A Catholic Catechism for Adults, p.177) "The doctrine of the Trinity as commonly defined is not found in the Bible. For we assert that thereare three persons in one God. a statement not found in Scripture" (Full Christianity: A Catholic Response to Fundamental Questions, p.25) If one were to ask a Trinitarian to explain the doctrine that there are three persons in one God, he would likely get this same answer: "This [the Trinity] is a mystery that no human mind can completely understand." (A Cathechism for Adults, p.13) Could a person who is learned in the Scriptures, for instance a theologian, comprehend the Trinity doctrine? •PasugoApril2004 "Pagkakasabi ni Jesus nito, tumingala Siya sa langit at nagsabi, 'Ama, At ito ang buhay na walang hanggan - Ang makilala ka nila, Ikaw na kaisa-isang tunay na Diyos , at si Jesu-Cristong sinugo mo" (Juan 17:1,3)
The Christian Life Lifestyle is defined as the typhical way or manner of life of an individual, group, or culture or a way of life or style of living that reflects the attitude and values of a person or group. A person's lifestyle depends greatly on his outlook in life and is considerably influenced by many factors, family, friends and associates, government, environment, the organization to which he belongs, and most especially, his religious affiliation or faith. To many, it is also very much directed by one's desire for material things such as money or any form of wealth, power, regardless of how he gets it. This obsession for material things has led many people to a life of extravagance, greed, and selfishness. For some, even if it is beyond their means, they will do anything just to satisfy their whim resulting in rapid moral degradation or a life of sin. This in turn, has caused a strain, if not an irreparable damage, to not a few relationships such as marriage, family, and friendship. One should neither ignore nor think little of the disastrous consequence of a sinful lifestyle. Not only does it cause a rift in human relationships but, worse, between man and God. Man ought to be aware that a sinful lifestyle is tantamount to "transgression of the law" of God. (I John 3:4, King Jamee Version). Sin seperates man from his Creator and serves as a dividing wall between him and God so that his prayers and worship of Him become in vain. "It is because of your sins thet he doesn't hear you. It is your sins that seperate you from God when you try to worship him". (Isa. 59:2, Today's English Version). A sinful lifestyle or a manner of life that caters to the desires of "human nature" will surely hamper man's quest for quite plain. It shows itself in immoral, filthy, and indecent actions; in worship of idols and witchcraft. People become enemies and they fight; they become jealous, angry, and ambitious. They seperate into parties and groups; they are envious, get drunk, have orgies, and do other things like these. I warn you now as I have before: those who dothese things will not possess the Kingdom of God" (Gal. 5:19-21, Ibid). Apostle Paul further elaborated on the kind of lifestyle that will hinder man from attaining salvation come the day of Judgement: "Surely you know that wicked will not possess God's Kingdom. Do not fool yourselves; people who are immortal or who worship idols or are adulterers or homosexual perverts or who steal or are greedy or are drunkards or who slander others or are thieves. None of these will posses God's Kingdom" (I Cor. 6:9-10, Ibid.). He also warned that sinful lifestyle will be more visible in "the last days" or when Judgement Day is near: "Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious; they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God" (II Tim. 3:1-4, Ibid). Unfortunately, the proliferation of various religious organizations not only fails to arrest, but, even aggravates this persistent and ever growing problem. The reason both their leaders and their subjects only "hold to the outward for of.. religion, but reject its real power" (II Tim. 3-5, Ibid). The "real power" of the true religion that many have rejected is the true gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes" (Rom. 1:16, New King James Version). If only these people would broaden their understanding and heed the instruction of God to "stand in the ways and see, And ask" (Jer. 6:16, Ibid). or examine their repective religions, they would see that their religions which are supposed to lead them back to God through a Godly lifestyle, have instead "turned away from [God's] laws and have not kept them" (Mal. 3:7, TEV). No wonder, these religions have failed miserably in leading many to a godly and Christian lifestyle. PasugoNovember2013
There's always enough reason to Smile The pressures of daily living can takes its toll on even thebtoughest and most valiant of men. No matter how hard one tries to put on a positive outlook in life, there really are times when frustratiom and sorrow predominate. turning smiles of joy into tears of sorrow. But for the faithful servants of God, there is always enough reason to be glad and keep smiling despite all the sad things they may be going through. As Apostle Paul said on behalf of his fellow Christians. We are always happy, even in times of suffering. And though we own nothing, everything is ours. Goodevening.. just got home from church.. whatta tiring day..
God Blesses Those Who Worship Him Sadly some people have a negative outlook when it comes to worship, "Why should I attend worship service?". Or, perhaps they are thinking "Maybe God just wants us to be better people, we don't have actually have to worship Him." Or "Judgement Day is just a myth and these scary things are happening because nature is resetting the Earth." But such people are making a huge grave mistake, beacause there is so much that can be derived from Worshiping God: Joning fellow believers in hymn-sing]ng, joining in congressional prayer as well as offering a special prayer to God, gain]ng spiritual strength to God, gaining spiritual strength for our inner being, and enjoying the fellowship of the others after the worship service. It's natural for a person to experience burn-out, due to work and for others, family. But the worship service ]s ]n many ways therapeutic. A worshiper is placing his future, his life, in the hands of his Creator. There is no one and nothing we can compare him. "How lovely is your dwelling face, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the LORD; my heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God. Blessed are those who dwellsll in your house, ever singing your praise! Selah." - Psalm 84:1-2 & 4 ESV
God hears and saves true Worshipers Even now, when worship buildings around the world are closed to the public, when fear and uncertainty battle against hope and faith on a minute by minute basis, now is the perfect time to show God how important worshiping Him is to you, even if it is through video conferencing. The Bible even gives us an assurance to those who pray to God at the time and place: "If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgement, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us." - II Chronicles 20:9 NIV
