The most beautiful sunsets of my life in "Cochaima Beach" Venezuela.   Hello dear friends and readers of read.cash. Today I find myself a bit nostalgic, longing to return to my land: my beloved and beautiful Venezuela. It has been almost three years since I left my country with my children, to embark on a new path and a new adventure. We have lived through many things since then; some very good and others not so good. But the most important thing is that we have learned a lot, we have matured and grown as people.   Being away from what you love the most is not easy for anyone. And although Peru is a country loaded with a lot of history, a lot of culture and very beautiful places; we have not had the opportunity to see many of these places. "It is one thing to be a tourist and another very different is to be an immigrant", this phrase is very clear to us venezuelans who are outside our country. One of the things I miss most about my country is my visits to the sea. I am an eternal lover of the sea, of all its majesty and immensity. When I see the blue of the sea merge with the blue of the sky, it is very clear to me that God exists and that his creation is as perfect as wonderful. In Venezuela, we lived in the Monagas State in the north of the country; In this state there are no beaches, but that did not prevent me from visiting the sea several times a year.   Because Monagas state is located in the north-eastern zone, we can access the Caribbean Sea through the Anzoátegui and Sucre states; We are also close to Margarita Island, better known as the pearl of the Caribbean.   There were many weekends in which I escaped with my family to enjoy the beautiful beaches that the east of the country offers us. But of the trips that I miss the most and remember with nostalgia, are the fun trips I made with my sisters to Santa Fe, a small and humble town located on the border of the two states: Sucre and Anzoátegui. Santa Fe was the perfect refuge to go to meet the Creator of such beauty; to get away from the noise and chaos of the city; to forget the problems a bit and just concentrate on looking at the sea and hearing the sound of the waves.   To travel to Santa Fe it was only necessary to call in advance the kind Mrs. Gladys so that she could reserve our favorite cabin for us, since all the inns were very popular with both national and foreign tourists.   To be honest the town is quite poor and humble there is nothing interesting like shopping centers, cinemas or large supermarkets. There is only the popular market, the fishermen's bay and the incredible “ Cochaima Beach”, the place where all the inns and lodging houses for tourists are located around the impetuous sea. Once staying at the inn, the next thing was to walk ten steps to enjoy the sand of the beach under our feet. Having the sea so close to home is a dream that comes true in “Cochaima Beach - Santa Fe. The day passed slowly as we bathed under the radiant sun on that beach with such gentle waves and such refreshing water. Starting at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, the most impressive and beautiful show of all would begin; Nobody wanted to miss it, that's why from that hour on we sat on the sand to watch how the sun was slowly falling as if it wanted to bathe in the sea. Its immense rays became increasingly dim and very subtly we could notice that it was already saying goodbye behind the curtain to welcome a moon accompanied by a handful of bright stars that watched us while all the lucky ones enjoyed a fantastic night between laughter, music, games and the relaxing sound of the waves crashing on the beach.   And as if all of this wasn't enough to make you feel great, sunrises are the most sublime you can imagine. I really liked getting up at 6 in the morning to walk on the shore of the beach and watch the little boats moving to the beat of the waves. Another charm that “Cochaima Beach” offers are the boat trips to the different beaches that belong to the Mochima National Park. My sisters and I had the opportunity to go to "Piscina beach" a beautiful beach with crystal clear water where marine animals can be easily observed.   On the way to “Piscina Beach”, our boat failed the engine and we were stranded in the middle of the sea for a few minutes. Nerves were already taking hold of us when a group of small "toninas" (they are like Little dolphins)  came to say hello. It was just wonderful and the best thing was that despite my nerves I was able to take some pictures while they were close to the surface. I will never be able to forget that incredible experience. Those sunsets captured in photographs are one of my great treasures; They remind me that we don't need great luxuries or a lot of material things to be happy and enjoy life. I ask God that before leaving this world He allows me to contemplate again the beautiful sunrises and twilights in my longed for "Cochaima Beach".  All Photos are mine. They were taken with my old Samsung camera.

The literary resources walk through our everyday language. Literary resources or literary figures are those phrases and expressions that are used to give more value and feeling to what is meant. These are used mostly by poets and writers to give their writings a more dramatic and striking sense. However, you don't have to be a poet to use metaphors, similes, comparisons, and hyperbole, as well as many other literary figures. In fact, we as ordinary mortals often use many of these resources in our conversations; what happens is that they become so common that it is not a process that we do so consciously unlike poets who take each of the words they choose to use in their verses very seriously so that the final result complies with certain rules of aesthetics according to his literary style. We, on the contrary, are constantly using literary devices, but we have no idea that we are doing it. If we dedicate ourselves to analyzing each compliment, each phrase of love or even those insults or rudeness that we say daily, we will find ourselves with the surprise that those sentences are loaded with metaphors and similes, as well as other figures. This is one of the reasons why I particularly like linguistics, because it is in charge of explaining in a technical way all those language processes that we have been doing since we are babies and we learn to speak, but that we simply do it from automatic and fluid way without stopping to think about the name given to each of these processes. For example, when we are in love and we want to write a loving message, we simply write it without taking into account whether what we have just written is a simile, a metaphor or a hyperbole; We simply want to express through written or oral language what comes from our heart. In fact, the expression *"is born from the heart"* if we analyze it in a logical way from the biological point of view, it is meaningless, because when we refer to the verb to be born we are referring to the fact or action of starting life from another living being. However, when we hear or read the expression: "these words come from my heart" we can all clearly understand that it means that they are words that come out of the depths of their being and that are full of feelings. All these literary resources represent a great linguistic source that nourish and enrich our language, without them communication would be something very mechanical and boring because we would be speaking only in a strictly literal way without leaving a small slit for the imagination, which is what makes language is capable of provoking in the receiver a feeling of empathy or, on the contrary, antipathy for the person who transmits the message. In short, it is not just about what you want to say, but about how you say it and what reaction you want to produce in the audience. ***"Language is something as wide, extensive and deep as the ocean"***. (Simile) ***"Linguistics offers us an ocean of possibilities to express everything that our being hides"***. (Metaphor) ***"Like the ocean is my love for linguistic"***. (Comparison). Let all these incredible resources wander through our everyday speech and lodge in our conversations, giving them a different dynamism and a more interesting tint. I loved writing this post, it allowed me to delve into my memory and remember the Linguistics classes at the University. But I must be sincere and express that, although I have a bit of English skills, I would love to publish it in my native language, because I feel that when translating it, the essence of what I want to express is lost a bit. However, I hope you like it. Well, linguistics is an exciting subject and I would like to continue writing about it. Greetings and blessings. I want to come back home ... [Diary] February, 10 th 2021 Today I woke up with a fixed idea in my head: I want to go home. It has been 2 years since I left Venezuela to provide better opportunities for my children in another country. However, not everything has been as I expected. And despite the fact that in all this time I had not considered the possibility of returning, today I could only think of that option. I miss my home, my land, my family and my friends, but most of all I miss being myself. The only person to whom I could honestly express my concerns and my wishes to return to my country was my eldest son, who listened to me calmly and allowed me to vent, without giving much opinion about it. I know very well that my children don't want to leave here; they don't want to come back. I hope this situation about the pandemy finished soon and we can work as normally as before. I pray to God for things to improve; I surrender my fears and concerns to Him and trust that He will give me the answers I need and guide my path. This diary was started today, February 10, 2021 and I can already feel the liberating and healing effects of this therapeutic practice. Thanks for reading, God bless you.

Hello! My name is Katty and I´m happy to be here. Hello everybody, as I said before, my name is Katty . I am from Venezuela Country, but I´m living in Perú since 2018. I am a teacher and mother of two teenagers. I am starting in the world of blogging and I really like the experience because of I love to write poems, and some articles about different themes. Also I make handycrafts and knitting is my passion. I began to create content for the Blockchains, as a hobby. I did it in my free time. However, due to the pandemy, I lose my job and now the blogs are my complete time job. I really need to learn and improve the format of my content. So I am always making questions and looking for help. I would like to include my children to this world, because they are very talented guys. But first of all I have to learn and grow in this world in order to guide them in their future blogs. My native language is Spanish, but I can write and read in English in a medium level, because I am an English teacher. But I´d prefer to write my crafty content in spanish because it is easier for me to explain the step by step. Sometimes I use Google translator , but in my other topics I try to write directly in English, so if you notice some grammar mistake, please excuse me. Being a blogger has let me know a lot of people for many places. Very kind, friendly and talent people. I have learned a lot from them. Also I have the oportunity to share with a lot of venezuelans who are creating very good content in these plataform, they live thanks to this awsome activity. So this is my introduction, I am very happy to be here. Thanks to read. God bless you!
