Today is cold but no rain for a while now , I wish it will rain soon we need thé rain hère. I prepared this dish beans for lunch , It's a good hot dish. Enjoy your food friends.

Beans...mostly is an arabic food...they are eating it for breakfast.. but yours looks yummy...can you teach me how to make it..coz we have a lot of can beans here and it's going to expire...nobody is eating it...

Si c'est des haricots cuits dans la boîte à conserve, verser les haricots dans une marmite, couvre les avec de l'eau , tu rajoute les épices a ton goût, moi je met cumin cannelle , tu met de la tomate concentré, ail et oignon , moi je met de la carrote, ici tu dois cuire la carrotte a l'avance , tu rajoute de la viande si tu veux , je pense aussi tu dois la cuire a l'avance parce que ton haricot et déjà cuite, tu met sur le feux une demi heure a trois quart d'heure. Demain la traduction en anglais inchallah
