Fuchka/Golgappe Fuchka is one of the most popular street foods in Bangladesh..Today i make it for my youngers cause they demand it from me😁😁 Its just consists of a round(ball shaped) deep-fried Crisp,,filled with cooked chickpeas and topped with Chopped onion,Cucumber,Coriander leaves and green chilli AND Spices including chaat masala,chilli flakes and spicy tamarind water. Adding some grated Ginger on top is highly recommened to give it an extraordinary twist.. 😉Here it is____

The fuchka shell is readymate..you have to just do deep fry.. and in case of Peas you have soaked it in water whole 1 night..after that it have to boil and then mixed some spices,onion,chilli,masala etc..And finally Ready.
