The municipality installed Christmas lights on the street lamps, and there is a larger light curtain in the street in front of the church. The Christmas lights are only on from 5 p.m. to midnight, due to the energy crisis you have to save, electricity is very expensive. The situation is similar in my country. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Our streets have many lights now here too. Though many have been using solar Christmas lights to save on electricity. The lights do not stay that long though, like 3 or 4 hours but it's a sight to see while it does :) Happy week end to you!
I also saw that you can already buy solar-powered Christmas lights in online stores, but the sun doesn't shine here in winter, only rarely!
