God, what wonderful weather is today in my country! 🌞 In our country, this autumn period is called the summer of old women. Daytime temperature above +20 degrees, but should be heated at night. High-temperature fluctuations. The sun is hot, I enjoy the healing effects of the sun’s rays and I collect vitamin D for the winter months! Did you know that vitamin D promotes the incorporation of calcium into bones, resulting in solid, healthy bones? Does it also regulate cell growth, affect immune functions, among other things? As I sunbathe, my eyes caught my orange rose by the garden pond. She just brought a flower, but look how beautiful her color is. The petals are like velvet!
