Hello, my dear friends! It’s a weekend again, happy Weekend! We went shopping in the afternoon. It will be Easter on April 17, the Easter sweets have already arrived in the shops. The supply is huge, with a medium-sized Milka or Kinder brand chocolate bunny hovering around $ 3-4. I can watch here for hours, there are plush animals, colorful, painted eggs, just have money to buy. We don’t take these, there are no small children in the family. We just bought food for the weekend. And as long as we look at the shops in peace, in Ukraine, which is 500 km away, people are fleeing to shelters because of the bombings, like in World War II. Even with us we celebrate eastern and they called as "mahal na araw". I heard in the news that many peoples are now leaving in the ukrane and we to other country to be safe because the russian are continous to invade the country.
We live in a world of contrasts, I hope that those displaced by the war in Ukraine find peace in Hungary and when Easter comes, if they have not been able to return to their homes, at least they have space to pray or talk with God. Take care of yourself

yes i feel pity for the people who are now victims of these nonsense war. it will be another never ending battles, country against country. so sad for the young ones
Uy so fast!!! Here people are focus on the festival of the city (Las Fallas) the first events this weekend, the 1st March the first firecracker concert called Mascletà and more things until the 19th March. A different atmosphere during three weeks! And later yeah Easter will come too! Have a nice evening dear!
Yeah. This is how it works. We are okay, living our lives while the others are suffering. It's the same thing like with Africa - they are starving and we are throwing food into the trash. 🤦♀️ To say something positive in my comment, too: I'm actually looking forward to Easter this year. 😊 Since we've got our bunny, I need some decorations and cute stuff with bunny design.
